The announced deadline of 3 weeks was largely exceeded. I had to call twice. But the responsiveness on the phone was satisfactory.
This is my first order on the site and I am very satisfied with the speed of shipping. The packaging was perfect and the white Carmen hat is really very pretty. However, I regret that there was no photo worn by a model on the site, as I would have liked a slightly deeper crown and I think if I had seen it worn, I would have made a different choice.

The product is impeccable but the announced delivery deadline was not respected and the handling of tracking requests left something to be desired.
I ordered a cap, it was not in stock and nothing was indicated on the site, I only learned this after paying: ah! the fear of losing a sale for a small merchant is stronger than honesty! yes, it is dishonest, I just read the small red note next to the stars, didn't see it before

I would have liked a better-adapted packaging because one of the hats has a 'crumpled' brim.
No problem with the product (gift to offer). However, I would have liked to receive an email confirmation that my purchase had been taken into account. I received no email in return, no invoice proving my purchase. To the point that I doubted I would ever receive my purchase. This is the point that, according to my experience, needs to be improved. When making a purchase, especially an online purchase, we like to have our reassurances.

Product conforms to my request.
The proposed products are of limited quality, in this case, only one rather small size, the symbol is not embroidered but simply a pin held by a piece of plastic and the quality of the beret itself is rather low-end. By ordering from a French manufacturer, I expected better; it looks like a product made in Asia, certainly not at the level.
Order processing is way too long. No acknowledgment of receipt of payment.

The 'plastic' look of the hat is not very classy; I expected a fabric hat..
The choice of delivery location, which was very important to me, is very complicated to make on the site. After some trial and error, I finally found the store where I absolutely wanted the delivery to be made. But I almost abandoned the order for this reason.
Order placed over a month ago due to restocking; I can understand that, but when I send an email to inquire about this slowness (politely but firmly in the absence of any information), I receive an email the next morning informing me that my order has been shipped... I remain rather skeptical about the reason mentioned above. Obviously, communication with customers is not Traclet's strong suit; I am quite disappointed, which motivates my average rating.
Two months to be delivered and no communication about this status until I wrote a message. No commercial gesture. Very unfortunate because the products are good.

Somewhat satisfied. Delivery times were long (no information regarding waiting time), and delivery was postponed without reason even though I had taken the day off expressly. Finally, I had to pay fees for delivery (13 euros import fees), fees that are not clearly stated when purchasing even though I am already paying delivery fees.

Hello, I regret to give a mediocre review as it is presumably my fault, indeed my cap corresponds perfectly to what I wanted but it is unfortunately too big.
Practical, user-friendly site but the photos and descriptions presented do not fully correspond to the reality of the product when you have it in hand!!!
Order placed and debited the first week of April and shipped, after a follow-up more than a month later, with 2 sizes smaller. Disappointing.
