Following the refusal of the first review submitted I am trying a second: Package received left on the doormat in my absence, product not conforming to my order (preparation error?) and average quality so requested a refund. Still waiting and shipping costs at my expense for the return despite their error. Arrogant contact on the phone with the manager who does everything to ensure that no negative comment filters through. Very disappointed. This comment is courteous, thanks to the organization "avis-verifies.com" for doing its job as an impartial to allow this comment from an unhappy customer to appear!
Slow delivery
Delivery service "triple zero", ordered on June 24 and delivered on July 8 after two follow-ups from me, very disappointed, I will not order from you again, Mr. Patruno.
Incorrect hat size.
I still haven't received my order (beginning of August 2014) and no one seems to care.

Unfortunately, the cap I bought does not fit me despite the correctly measured head circumference. I will not buy hats online again, I think you need to try them on first.
