I followed the size recommendations for a cap, but I should have probably taken my size. What bothers me is that I have to pay for the return of said headgear... we'll see how the refund is handled...
The photo on your site is not representative of the actual color. I wanted a light beige as represented in the photo and I received a camel beige. I wrote to you in this sense. For the brown, no problem there.
The hat is very successful and of good quality, but the delivery times have nothing to do with what was highlighted. I received mine at the last minute, 4 days before my wedding, even though I had ordered it 4 months ago. Thank you anyway for the product.
The size M 56-57 that I usually take is too small.
The product fits well, but unfortunately for navy blue, it looks more like black... Otherwise, beautiful hat.
The size of the beret delivered is a 57 instead of the 56 ordered (actually, I would have needed a 55).
On the site, the ribbon of the hat is black, but the one received is gray...
Good communication - Good quality of the product. Delivery 3 weeks after the order (much longer than expected). - Cap much too big despite having strictly followed the advice regarding head measurement.
We had a phone interview, during which we confirmed my order. I received one product out of the two ordered, and I won't receive the entirety of my order before my trip.
An order of 2 items without communication. We wait, we wait, and one day we notice that the product is out of stock. We contact them because they do not keep you informed, no! The items arrive... Finally, there is only one product out of the 2, and still no communication. We call. "Oh oops, I will check". Another item out of stock. Damn, when I ordered everything was available though. Refund made without offering another solution beforehand, 24 hours before Christmas, great, it was a gift obviously. A proposal arrives, a similar item but more expensive and express shipping costs waived. Well, thank goodness, I paid shipping costs on my initial order with 2 items and I only received one! In short, no commercial gesture, I do not recommend even if, once everything received and everything offered, the person is delighted!

Fast delivery and good quality packaging. The site is not very user-friendly. It quickly becomes apparent that the requested filters are not applied! As a result, it's a bit of a hassle to find what we really want. Prices are within the norm. A bit expensive, but with enough searching, you can find cheap hats. However, I have never received a discount code.
The product is great, good value for money. But very little information about the delivery was communicated; I was left without news for nearly 2 weeks before having to fish for information to know what was happening. The exchange was complicated, but the product eventually arrived, well packaged and in line with my expectations.
Only 3 stars because my order placed on 20/12, which was supposed to be delivered in 24 to 48 hours (planned as a Christmas gift), was delivered on 26/12 and at a pickup point much further away than the one selected!!! Failed Christmas gift... Thank you Traclet!

For a delivery to overseas territories, they could charge tax-free since customs taxes upon arrival, ending up with more shipping and tax than the price of the item.

Correct delivery, but the item (women's hat) is small, and the fleece lining is only on a small part (edge), and it is in openwork knit that will let the cold through.

Hello, Regarding the product, nothing to say, it is very good. However, regarding customer service, there are points to review, namely: - I would have liked to be informed by email that the product I ordered was being restocked, and that I was given an approximate delivery date. Instead, I was left without news, wondering if I would receive my order before Christmas. - Not having any news, I called the company, and I spoke to someone who was borderline polite who told me that I shouldn't have called, but that I should send an email. Where is the Customer Service?

The site is not very operational. For example, I select 'Women' and I end up with lots of mixed men's headgear. The selection does not work and this is true regardless of the selection. It's very regrettable and wastes a lot of time. Needs improvement+++
Hello, For this type of product, I expected French manufacturing. Disappointed for a beret: expensive for 'made in Taiwan'.
