Hello, I regret to give a mediocre review as it is presumably my fault, indeed my cap corresponds perfectly to what I wanted but it is unfortunately too big.

Practical, user-friendly site but the photos and descriptions presented do not fully correspond to the reality of the product when you have it in hand!!!

Order placed and debited the first week of April and shipped, after a follow-up more than a month later, with 2 sizes smaller. Disappointing.

Model not very aesthetic and expensive. Delivery and site acceptable.

Lack of information regarding deadlines, where the order is, expected delivery date.

I knew what I was looking for but I didn't know the exact name, I had to scroll through all the pages to find it

One question; is beige the new khaki? When I look at the delivered hat and the one ordered, the color does not match what is announced. I was expecting a khaki hat and I discover that the inner border is khaki but the hat is beige (Tilley hâte)

Very thin UV protection bucket hat on top to the point of letting light through so I doubt its effectiveness. Therefore, expensive item with a very poor quality/price ratio. I will keep my old one which is much thicker.

I hope this is an exception, but 5 months between order and delivery is way too long! That said, the welcome at the store was impeccable, and the people answering the phone calls were cordial.

Hello, unfortunately the product does not fit my hat I am returning it today, otherwise generally very happy with the service and the products purchased.

Announced delivery time 2 to 3 weeks. After 4 weeks I send an email of dissatisfaction because no news of my order. As if by miracle, barely 48 hours after my letter, this order was sent to me, my hat was 'sleeping' somewhere, if I hadn't manifested myself I might still be waiting!! Otherwise the ordered product is compliant, I regret the lack of information regarding its maintenance: hand wash or machine? No notice or label. La Chapellerie Traclet had accustomed me to better.

I am waiting to know, after having asked in the procedure, if I can yes or no return the item, after having asked for the size above....

Too bad there is no size for the caps

I think that with the given head circumference, you should consider a larger diameter for the beret. We are not on site to try it on.

I followed the size recommendations for a cap, but I should have probably taken my size. What bothers me is that I have to pay for the return of said headgear... we'll see how the refund is handled...

The photo on your site is not representative of the actual color. I wanted a light beige as represented in the photo and I received a camel beige. I wrote to you in this sense. For the brown, no problem there.

The hat is very successful and of good quality, but the delivery times have nothing to do with what was highlighted. I received mine at the last minute, 4 days before my wedding, even though I had ordered it 4 months ago. Thank you anyway for the product.

The size M 56-57 that I usually take is too small.

The product fits well, but unfortunately for navy blue, it looks more like black... Otherwise, beautiful hat.

The size of the beret delivered is a 57 instead of the 56 ordered (actually, I would have needed a 55).

On the site, the ribbon of the hat is black, but the one received is gray...

Good communication - Good quality of the product. Delivery 3 weeks after the order (much longer than expected). - Cap much too big despite having strictly followed the advice regarding head measurement.

We had a phone interview, during which we confirmed my order. I received one product out of the two ordered, and I won't receive the entirety of my order before my trip.

An order of 2 items without communication. We wait, we wait, and one day we notice that the product is out of stock. We contact them because they do not keep you informed, no! The items arrive... Finally, there is only one product out of the 2, and still no communication. We call. "Oh oops, I will check". Another item out of stock. Damn, when I ordered everything was available though. Refund made without offering another solution beforehand, 24 hours before Christmas, great, it was a gift obviously. A proposal arrives, a similar item but more expensive and express shipping costs waived. Well, thank goodness, I paid shipping costs on my initial order with 2 items and I only received one! In short, no commercial gesture, I do not recommend even if, once everything received and everything offered, the person is delighted!
