The order confirmation took quite a long time.

The website is quite average but some hats are very very beautiful

There are not enough photos with the hat on real heads and not just one person. I know it's work!!

The package is a Christmas gift, so comments could be after these dates and festive events

Product advertised as being from the Stetson brand on the site, however this is not the case (Lierys, linked to Stetson but not a Stetson), response from customer service to my request for explanation: indeed it is an error on the page, but we cannot change the brand on the cap... effective analysis to say the least.

Fast delivery! Products conform but really large compared to the size indicated, be careful! Return of the product for me..

Well a bit disappointed the photo on the site is not contractual as the shape of the beret in the photo is not the same received, in the photo the beret is flat cap shaped and received a round beret

The 2 hats delivered are very good but the delivery was not made to the requested pickup point (in Golfe-Juan) but to a pickup point several km away (in Juan-les-Pins). That's regrettable!

Very fast delivery, but I would have thought, given the price of the cap, that it would be placed in a box with the brand name rather than just simple tissue paper. It's a bit mediocre for a gift.

City sport cap that could be more comfortable (leaves a mark on the forehead, not because of a too small size but due to average quality manufacturing). The forehead is in contact with a bulge, whereas a band would be preferable. Sturdy, top material.

Order and delivery without problems but the return was supposed to be free if paid by Paypal but in fact Paypal does not refund anything and you have to fight for the return organization!!!

Mixed review. I expected better quality products when addressing a hat maker. Despite the label, I doubt that the berets are made by them (not least because of the cut plastic tag I found a piece of in the fabric) so I found the price a bit high once the items were received. Nothing to say about the chemo turbans, the prices are more or less the same everywhere. My order was sent very late, but customer service responded extremely quickly when I complained. However, I would have preferred them to inform me that an item would be sent later instead of finding a handwritten note in the package.

Hello, the hat meets my expectations, however I had chosen this model because it was specified that its manufacturing was done in Canada, unlike other models made in China. I notice upon receipt that my hat is made in China. I am therefore disappointed. Michel G

I posted a request on the contact form and received no response. I waited a month for my delivery without any email to keep me waiting. Too bad because the site is well stocked.

I ordered 2 identical beanies in 2 different colors, I received 2 different beanies, one of which does not satisfy me.

No lining in the cap which lacks structure as a result. Complicated return for refund.

Stetson penn That Stetson stop having its hats made in the Czech Republic. I have never seen such poor quality. I have been buying Stetson for 40 years and I have never seen such a low-end fedora

Quality hat. Nice effect. However, order tracking is insufficient. Given a 2-week delay and 4 weeks later it is sent following 2 email and phone complaints. Arrived on time the day before my wedding.

Hello, there is an error with the item, my daughter ordered the Stetson Ref. 391 and that is not what I received.

First order good nothing to say. 2nd beret too tight light blue instead of navy blue. 3rd order Night beanie useless zero

Compliant item, correct site with an enormous choice. However, despite a nice ad for free shipping from €90 (no asterisk *, nor under certain conditions), they still charge €7.

Pleasant site and visually well-stocked; nothing to say about the quality of the delivery, particularly fast. However, the delivered items are less flattering than in the presentation photos on the site.

The site is very good. It was after the processing of the credit card that things were less good. Firstly, no confirmation email before the follow-up. No expected delivery date given. Three weeks after payment, I sent an email asking for an idea of the delivery date, no response, but I received a shipping notice for the next day. One of the two hats arrived, very beautiful and well packaged, (maybe too small but that can be adjusted later). I still have no news about the other one and you are already asking me to leave a review, as if the order was finalized, that worries me a bit.

Ad on the site for a 72-hour shipment but at the time of ordering, the delay changed to 3 weeks. Okay, that can happen. After 4 weeks, I sent an email to get news. Response within 48 hours explaining that they were sorry and that my order had been shipped. Indeed received in 24 hours by chronopost. I think that if I hadn't written, they would have forgotten my order. Or coincidence??
