I followed the site's advice and ordered a size up from my usual size. Upon arrival, my hat is slightly too big. My usual size is only available 'on order' with no information on the delay. Delivery in 48 despite a package lost by the Post.

Navigating the site seems easy and the product is of good quality. But on the site, it is written that delivery is made within a maximum of 48 hours. However, I received my package almost a week after ordering it.

Hello team, in fact I find that the delivery was too long, I received my order a month and a week after placing the order!!!

Impact on the Stetson hat which is deformed, it's tiring, I had to reshape the hat. Problem in the packaging or in the delivery. Nothing to report on the tricorne.

The cap is beautiful. It was supposedly sold as being linen. In fact, it is cotton, as marked on the labels. And it is not a Hatteras.

I had a bit of trouble finding my account. I received a message inviting me to finalize my purchase (item in the cart), while I had already made my purchase and received my invoice. I wondered if I had made the same purchase twice..

Fast delivery. However, the package was slightly torn. Since it was a cotton beanie, the risk of deterioration was minimal.

Hat that you will find on AliExpress, at half the price.

Many models. However, it is a pity not to have any size in cm on the one-size models. This resulted in a return because it was far too small. Only my 12-year-old child could wear it. It is also a pity not to have staff available by phone.

I had given 5 to my previous order because it was impeccable, now 2 (Bad). It's far from being the case for this one. My partner's hat costing over 100€ arrived with numerous defects, several threads had to be properly adjusted as well as pieces of straw.

Delivery offered by chronopost as an option with a significant surcharge and arrival of the product with delay. What interest!!?

I cannot select multiple hat choices at the same time

A lot of choices. Apparently of quality but Women's beret one size (probably XXL) so unwearable. Fortunately, I manage with sewing. A warning would have been welcome..

The wait was long: 2 months to receive the hat. The packaging is quite succinct, but the hat is of superb quality!

Hello, I had made a comment when I placed my order, to put a foam or cork band so that the hat fits perfectly to my head size. (by the way, it is well indicated on your site to take the larger size if you are between two sizes, and to adjust with these bands.) Anyway, no band in the package. If you could send them to me, that would be perfect.

Be careful with the regular updating of the list of collection points offered on the Traclet site: the relay point for receiving the package found on the Traclet site no longer existed. I had to choose another one. Aside from this slight inconvenience, everything was perfectly handled within a controlled timeframe.

Too long delay between order and delivery

Everything would have been fine if the sizes of the caps were correct, on the two caps that are size 57, the Camaret is correct, but the Benodet is well marked 57, but for me it is size 58 because it is loose, so please review this with your manufacturers.

Order placed for delivery in 24 hours. The delivery was supposed to take place on Thursday and the order was delivered on Saturday by Chronopost.

Order without issue but despite measuring the head circumference at 56, the size of the delivered hat is unfortunately too small. I use it because I have no choice due to leaving for vacation, but the Large model seems unsuitable. Given the price, I admit my disappointment. My forehead is marked after wearing it even for a few minutes. Disappointing.

I like the hat (quality) but it wasn't really what I wanted, and moreover the brown is very dark.

Item as described, delivery time not respected, delivery information incorrect...

Regarding the use of the site up to the order, nothing to say, everything went well. The ordered product is of quality, now let's see how it performs in use. The only issue in the process is the delivery by COLISSIMO. Still as catastrophic, like this company. I was almost lucky to have received my package. This is certainly the only point that will make me hesitate to order from Traclet in the future unfortunately. Unless another option allows for home delivery...

Hat damaged on one side

Funny management of relationships! Pay and learn that the product is not available! Finally delivered a few days later without any information.

The French colonial helmet in large size is much smaller than expected. I bought this colonial helmet which is described as adjustable for sizes 60-64. My head measures 61.5 cm, but even in its widest position, it is too tight for me. To end on a positive note: the hat was delivered quickly.
