Hello, the hat meets my expectations, however I had chosen this model because it was specified that its manufacturing was done in Canada, unlike other models made in China. I notice upon receipt that my hat is made in China. I am therefore disappointed. Michel G
I posted a request on the contact form and received no response. I waited a month for my delivery without any email to keep me waiting. Too bad because the site is well stocked.
I ordered 2 identical beanies in 2 different colors, I received 2 different beanies, one of which does not satisfy me.

Quality hat. Nice effect. However, order tracking is insufficient. Given a 2-week delay and 4 weeks later it is sent following 2 email and phone complaints. Arrived on time the day before my wedding.

Hello, there is an error with the item, my daughter ordered the Stetson Ref. 391 and that is not what I received.
First order good nothing to say. 2nd beret too tight light blue instead of navy blue. 3rd order Night beanie useless zero

For the cotton beret, the ordered beret was in blue, if you want it in navy color it is certainly possible to exchange it for a darker color.
Regarding the night beanie, what is the issue?

Compliant item, correct site with an enormous choice. However, despite a nice ad for free shipping from €90 (no asterisk *, nor under certain conditions), they still charge €7.
Pleasant site and visually well-stocked; nothing to say about the quality of the delivery, particularly fast. However, the delivered items are less flattering than in the presentation photos on the site.

The site is very good. It was after the processing of the credit card that things were less good. Firstly, no confirmation email before the follow-up. No expected delivery date given. Three weeks after payment, I sent an email asking for an idea of the delivery date, no response, but I received a shipping notice for the next day. One of the two hats arrived, very beautiful and well packaged, (maybe too small but that can be adjusted later). I still have no news about the other one and you are already asking me to leave a review, as if the order was finalized, that worries me a bit.
Ad on the site for a 72-hour shipment but at the time of ordering, the delay changed to 3 weeks. Okay, that can happen. After 4 weeks, I sent an email to get news. Response within 48 hours explaining that they were sorry and that my order had been shipped. Indeed received in 24 hours by chronopost. I think that if I hadn't written, they would have forgotten my order. Or coincidence??

I followed the site's advice and ordered a size up from my usual size. Upon arrival, my hat is slightly too big. My usual size is only available 'on order' with no information on the delay. Delivery in 48 despite a package lost by the Post.
Navigating the site seems easy and the product is of good quality. But on the site, it is written that delivery is made within a maximum of 48 hours. However, I received my package almost a week after ordering it.

We have 3 photos showing the product, from our side at no time did we indicate that it was sewn or glued because for the garnishes to be on the beret the simplest is to glue them since we do not have these garnishes with a button to sew them.

Hello team, in fact I find that the delivery was too long, I received my order a month and a week after placing the order!!!
Impact on the Stetson hat which is deformed, it's tiring, I had to reshape the hat. Problem in the packaging or in the delivery. Nothing to report on the tricorne.
The cap is beautiful. It was supposedly sold as being linen. In fact, it is cotton, as marked on the labels. And it is not a Hatteras.
I had a bit of trouble finding my account. I received a message inviting me to finalize my purchase (item in the cart), while I had already made my purchase and received my invoice. I wondered if I had made the same purchase twice..
Fast delivery. However, the package was slightly torn. Since it was a cotton beanie, the risk of deterioration was minimal.
Hat that you will find on AliExpress, at half the price.
