The hat is relatively fragile I have already noticed a snag while I take care of it.

The site is well designed. The photos are pretty. Easy navigation. However, the fact that most products are made to order gives an impression of drop shipping. The colors in the photos differ slightly from the received item. Otherwise, it's great

Recurring identification problem.
Upon taking it out of the padded envelope, the product looks more like a cloth for cleaning the car than a hat to wear on the head... does not correspond to the representation on the Traclet site... at 45 euros, it's expensive.

The cap looks nice in the photo, but awful when you open the box.
Once the payment is made, you are told that the item is not in stock, so for the 24h delivery: missed. I still got my item on time anyway.

It should be specified when ordering whether the product is available immediately or if there is a delay. Do not wait until the order is placed to do so.

Very good product. But the delivery was a disaster. The box was completely smashed. Forced to fit into my mailbox. It's a miracle that my package was in one piece.

Hello, I sent you an email yesterday. The Panama was a birthday gift .... finally a real Panama. I am surprised and disappointed that the hat was not delivered with a storage box or at least a dusty bag. Likewise, I would have liked a folding instruction .... I went back to the site. Navigation a bit complicated on the site
Difficult to read the offer at the beginning... You have to get used to the vision you have of your collections to find what you want
