The delivery took longer than what was indicated on the site, but this is surely due to the fact that I placed the order shortly before the end-of-year holiday period.

Order arrived before the expected date, quality hat, it's a shame that the size received does not match the ordered size. A cork strip in the package would have been welcome.

The order stayed a month in 'restocking' status, but as soon as the package was sent, it arrived in three days. Only downside, it seems a Chicago screw is missing from the received package, but nothing essential.
Very satisfied with the order, both for the speed of delivery and the product. Only downside, the feather shown in the photo of the hat on the site is missing on the delivered model. Nothing serious in itself but shows a lack of seriousness. I am now waiting for your response to this problem.
