Good responsiveness to answer questions before ordering. However, I find it really unfortunate that there is not at least a label indicating the origin 'traclet' with the product. For gifting, this remains cumbersome as one cannot distinguish this Traclet product from a low-end product. Therefore, one has to look for the label of the product composition.
