Product conforms and is nice. Lack of information on delivery and long delays
It's a very nice product, only the delivered hat does not exactly match the photos of the ad for a Trilby Radcliff ref. 2428 (4 photos show a slanted straight brim at the front which is not the case here). I am even more disappointed as I have been wearing a hat of this type for 5 years.

Cap ordered on the Traclet site. The visor is thick, which is good, but the fabric is really very thin and the color does not match what is displayed on a computer (I checked it on 3 different computers in total!)
For the visor, it is normal that it is thick because it is made of plastic. We also have caps with soft and foldable visors.
As for the color, what color do you see?
From our side, the color is indeed taupe, we have been selling it for many years and we have not had any issues with the color.

Order well processed, good products but the package arrived completely 'exploded' and had to be repackaged by the carrier... too bad
A delivery error caused me to receive the package two weeks later. I realized it myself. Upon receipt, the item was well packaged and matched its description. When I sent messages, there were quick responses.
Not satisfied, size error.
Error in sending my order. In the end, a quite different product was sent to me because of stock issues, but of good quality and nice.

this beanie model is a short acrylic model made in France. We also offer the same model in wool made in France. Otherwise, we also have models in fleece, cashmere, as well as waterproof models. It is of course possible to change it if it does not suit.

There is no inflated plastic inside the hat to prevent it from deforming average packaging.
Overall good, but the purchased product is largely one size above normal. I always take hats size 62 but here it must be at least 63, if not more. Too bad
Of very good quality. But in two years prices have increased a lot (comparison of the same Irish cap bought in 2020 and in 2022...).

I had to rate it average because I received a different cap than the one I ordered. It is much less pretty and I don't have time to exchange it. Very disappointed for a gift I made for my husband.

Colissimo delivery announced on Tuesday arrived on Thursday!
A long delay due to the product being out of stock, so the delivery was also later than expected.
The product received does not match the description on your site or the label on the packing list. The Hatteras Louvain old cotton cap received does not have ear flaps.

I thought it would be more valued with, for example, a note attached to the order, explaining that it is a French product, in which city it was made, the name of the artisan. Or otherwise a logo, a label 'made in France'. I therefore feel like it is a scam...
