Nothing to say about the products. But 4 days late without information from Colissimo. Complete package but rebuilt by the carrier (sticker).

Delivery on time but not the right product! Indeed, I ordered a sand-colored miki and received it in anthracite. Being for a Christmas gift, there is no time to return it...

I have received my order before Christmas, thank you. I just have one disappointment regarding the lack of information about the French and artisanal manufacturing of the hat. I thought it would be more valued with, for example, a note attached to the order, explaining that it is a French product, in which city it was made, the name of the artisan. Or otherwise a logo, a label 'made in France'. I therefore feel like it is a scam...

The head entry is just a simple fabric ribbon and not a leather band with a pom-pom like in traditional hat-making for felt hats. I expected better finishing from Traclet (considering the price)...

Disappointing product in quality

Of course, all of this is correct but see the added comment.

For the colors, you have to press on a dot of the chosen color without this color being written during the selection; I chose navy blue and checked twice before confirming my cart. In the end, the delivered beanie is black even though the delivery note indicates "navy". No time to return it before Christmas.

Disappointed because most items were unavailable when I selected the desired size. And I couldn't find how to filter this size or available hats to have less to search. Otherwise, very nice hat shop.

Doubtful return policy, unpleasant phone reception.

I only give three solely for the delivery time. The beret is beautiful and of remarkable quality. But more than a month to be delivered is unacceptable!!! Without follow-ups on my part, I might still be waiting. I can understand a stock shortage, but not the lack of information.

The site indicates delivery in 24/72h....: order placed on November 7 and shipped on November 16. Even if there is a holiday, that's a long time.

Hello. When choosing the delivery method, I opted to have the 3 ordered hats delivered to my home without mandatory signature. This allowed me not to be present at the time of delivery. In the end, the choice of packaging was not suitable for a standard mailbox, and therefore could not fit inside. In the end, I had to go pick up my package at the post office. Please adapt your packaging to mailboxes, especially since three hats should fit in many mailboxes!!!

2 points to absolutely improve I think: - The package arrived almost open as the craft tape used is fragile, and there was no protection against crushing the hat... really not great. - The quality of the hat: I still spent 70 euros on this hat, and it's almost like a joke costume hat... a bit better finished, but the quality and sturdiness of the hat for this price is really below what we expect...
