I only give three solely for the delivery time. The beret is beautiful and of remarkable quality. But more than a month to be delivered is unacceptable!!! Without follow-ups on my part, I might still be waiting. I can understand a stock shortage, but not the lack of information.
The site indicates delivery in 24/72h....: order placed on November 7 and shipped on November 16. Even if there is a holiday, that's a long time.

Hello. When choosing the delivery method, I opted to have the 3 ordered hats delivered to my home without mandatory signature. This allowed me not to be present at the time of delivery. In the end, the choice of packaging was not suitable for a standard mailbox, and therefore could not fit inside. In the end, I had to go pick up my package at the post office. Please adapt your packaging to mailboxes, especially since three hats should fit in many mailboxes!!!
2 points to absolutely improve I think: - The package arrived almost open as the craft tape used is fragile, and there was no protection against crushing the hat... really not great. - The quality of the hat: I still spent 70 euros on this hat, and it's almost like a joke costume hat... a bit better finished, but the quality and sturdiness of the hat for this price is really below what we expect...

Easy to order, I received my package quite quickly. However, I do not like the cap I received at all because it was not highlighted on the site, it is very difficult to see the white visor of this cap which makes it horrible (sorry). I will request a refund.

Navigating the site presents some difficulties in searching. One example: You send me an email for a preview of the collection. I then search for the leather cap which is only available in black on the search site. Fortunately, you sent me information the next day presenting this cap in brown color. Just to say that size 61 is too tight for me and I would have needed a 62. There is a way to wear the beret military style, perched on the top of the head and well turned over the ears, a more relaxed, looser way, which would deserve larger sizes.
