Easy to order, I received my package quite quickly. However, I do not like the cap I received at all because it was not highlighted on the site, it is very difficult to see the white visor of this cap which makes it horrible (sorry). I will request a refund.

Just to say that size 61 is too tight for me and I would have needed a 62. There is a way to wear the beret military style, perched on the top of the head and well turned over the ears, a more relaxed, looser way, which would deserve larger sizes.

The website does not indicate if the item is in stock in the color and size ordered. Traclet only informed me of this during my call when I was worried about not having news of my order. As soon as we agreed on another color, the customer service and delivery were very efficient.
I had asked for advice on the size and I was told that S/M would be a bit tight for size 58. But L/XL is a bit big. Wouldn't it be better to keep the classic sizes?
Not satisfied with the delivery, almost 2 weeks delay.
There was first an inability to scroll through the size menu, then there was an error due to the clumsy correction of the size labels on the site, still for the same chosen item. But your responsiveness ultimately paid off, and everything is back to normal.
Order placed on 07/07/2021 and delivery received on 25/09/2021! The payment was processed without delay and we waited more than two and a half months to receive the ordered product.
I am very happy with my hat, but I wanted it in black and I received it in green: it is very difficult to know which color was chosen on the site, there is only one photo in black (for the hat I took anyway) and no visual difference when clicking on one color or another: I didn't even realize I was ordering in green... this could be improved on the site.
Fast and efficient service. The product labeled as size 56 is actually size 55 (measured with a tape measure).
False description on the site. Hat that was supposed to have a lining inside (hence my choice for this cap) but ultimately did not have one... no gesture from the manager in the face of their mistake... (and an email with lots of spelling mistakes!).
as indicated by email, yes we made a mistake in the description, we indicated a polyester cap while it is the gros grain inside. We proposed an exchange with a cap that has a lining. It is true that I make spelling mistakes, I am not perfect but I try to respond to you as best as I can by finding a solution which was in this case an exchange of model since you wanted a cap with a lining.
