The purchased hat is made of hard plastic covered with I don't know what like felt, almost 100 euros, it's outrageous, nothing to do with a low-quality hat in general.

Would you like it to be softer?
It is possible by steaming it to make it softer, but the origin of this hat is a rigid hat because the brand is a western brand.

Not at all satisfied with my order. I requested an exchange for another color. But this beanie, once received, was not the one ordered. Moreover, I had to pay an additional 5 euros for this exchange. In conclusion, this beanie costs me 36 euros for a beanie that I will never wear.

Colissimo, the post office and their pick-up points are not reliable. The package arrived on time but impossible to pick it up. Nothing works at Carrefour Market in Louhans! I have not received my Panama... the hat was replaced by a book and the merchant doubts my honesty instead of looking into where the malfunction comes from and refunding me

Indeed, the flat cap has been sold for 10 years in our hat shop in Roanne and to date we have not had such dissatisfaction. And for the caps of the Bards brand, we also sell them in-store at 4 rue de Cadore in Roanne and our customers as well as the children who wear them are satisfied with their quality.
