The packaging is a bit light the cap arrived all flat
The issue comes from the delivery. Therefore, do not use La Poste - Colissimo anymore, there are only problems with them: delays in the announced delivery date, change of the requested pickup point, the new pickup point being very far, unpleasant, slow, incompetent postal employees... Please change the delivery method. Other than that, the site is very good, my order meets my expectations and the item is perfect.

I will keep the cap because it suits me, but it is CLEARLY NOT the same color as the photos available on the site. After a previous order canceled because the photos corresponded to another item, I would really encourage Traclet to make an effort on the quality of the photos proposed on the site: the competition does not show such amateurism.

Good evening, the hat size is really small

The cardboard box was damaged and very poorly taped. For a beret that I want to give as a Christmas gift, it's embarrassing. In itself, it is very beautiful and apparently of good quality. I am really disappointed by this degraded packaging. I hesitated before recommending from Chapellerie Traclet.
Delivery very good, except that my hat size is 60 (I have four) ordered a size 60/61. And bam, too big. Return, charged €5. This is not the first hat I buy from Traclet but it will be the last. Moreover, it is impossible to reach someone by phone, everything is done by email. Not very friendly... buy and make a mistake, you will pay for the return. Good to know, have a nice day.

As for the quality, yes it is not at all the same as we have in Italian, French or Irish manufacturing.
We cannot have the same quality of fabric with different prices.

Sadly my delivery packaging was water contaminated and damaged has had to be returned I found the hat to be very flimsy and not to my liking thankq

My beret arrived damaged.
False description on the site: the supposedly one-size cap thanks to an elastic has no elastic and is way too big. It's like a shoemaker offering size 45 shoes saying one size because you can fit a size 41 foot in it
