I find that Traclet is a bit forceful: I was offered a credit note instead of an exchange. The return fees when making an exchange might be a bit excessive. Everyone knows that in fashion you don't find the "shoe that fits" on the first try. After my return was accepted, I heard nothing: received? not received? Also no information about my new order which apparently was delayed. It took a very long time... with no news! However, I was not disappointed with the replacement order (but I knew the brand).

The issue comes from the delivery. Therefore, do not use La Poste - Colissimo anymore, there are only problems with them: delays in the announced delivery date, change of the requested pickup point, the new pickup point being very far, unpleasant, slow, incompetent postal employees...
