The variety of models and the clarity of the descriptions allowed me to find the hat that best suited my needs. I appreciated the choice in payment methods, the ease of ordering, the careful packaging, and the fast delivery. The model received is very beautiful, in line with the description and of good quality

I am still waiting for the delivery of my order which is now three weeks old... It is therefore difficult for me to give an opinion on a delivery that is still hypothetical at this time...

No doubt, Traclet offers a range of good products. So far so good - it's when you wish to return an item that the purchasing experience is less than satisfactory. Traclet offers neither free shipping nor returns. OK, fair enough. But then why make returns (in my case, an incorrectly sized, ill-fitting cap) so difficult? First, finding 'order returns' on their website took some effort. Second, they demand a special form to be filled out. Finally, an e-mail confirming a return request which the site indicates will be sent was never received. I suggest considering carefully before placing an order with this seller - I certainly will in the future.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Dear
Thank you for your message.
Normally, you have return conditions on each page
https://www.chapellerie-traclet.com/en/content/21-chapellerie-traclet-formulaire-de-retour-chapeau
We don't pay for returns because we have a Hatter shop in Roanne and we don't agree to pay for this service.
Because customers who go to our shop, we don't pay them to buy a cap.
Moreover, postal service is not free, so even if we pay part of the shipping. We don't agree that this service is free.
We are open to discuss this problem.
Last but not least, in the future, shipping will not be free because shipping costs are increasing.
Regards
Traclet Sébastien

Unfortunately, the hats were too small... the pakol looked very little like the one I bought in Pakistan... a few years ago

Hello
For the ordered models, we also have them in larger sizes.
The Pakol is manufactured and designed in Pakistan.
If you have a photo of your model, we would be happy to try to get that model.
