Very long delivery time. 40 days is a bit ridiculous. If the product is not in stock, it should be mentioned! With an approximate delivery time... Product description very brief, lacking detail.

Worse than bad, product not restocked. I had to send a first message for them to tell me that the product would be delivered to me the following week, but in fact no. Then I requested a refund and there, miracle, they sent my order in a hurry and still not to where I chose. The service is deteriorating and this does not bode well...

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
The information about the delivery time was indicated at the time of the order and then confirmed by email.
The delay was a bit longer because the manufacturer was on vacation during the winter holidays.
Finally, an email was sent in the middle of last week to inform you that the order would arrive at the end of the week.
We hope that the clogs will give you complete satisfaction.
Best regards
