Ok for the site
I expected to receive my hat in a box to keep it in good condition, but I simply received it in a packaging box, so I have to find a way to store it while keeping its shape... I am very disappointed..:(
The Flechet brand does not offer a hat box for its models.
However, we offer hat boxes for storage.
The cartons are necessary for transport so that you can receive them in good condition and in good shape, which is the most important.
Then if you want a hat box for storage, we have them but it is a different service. Remaining at your disposal

The post forced the package to fit in the box, impossible to take it out, had to tear the cardboard at the risk of damaging its contents, complaint made to the post office.

Given the short time frame of my ceremony, I am forced to keep them. A bit disappointed even if the product itself has not yet been worn

Delay far too long, ordered 14/06 delivered 16/07, without any email indicating the delay

I have a business and there is an error on the order. Too long delays
Delivery conforms to the order, but too long delay.
The site is excellent, as is the offer. However, 5 weeks after my order, I still have not received my hat, while I live in Belgium: a week (business days) delivery time seems a bit long, while the announced delivery time in France is much shorter.
Long delays, items in stock on order and out of stock after purchase, hence the one-month wait for delivery?
There are not enough photos on a mannequin or in a situation to get a better idea of the hat.
Usually no issues, this time the JUSTIN MOORE straw hat received in black is all ripped on the left side and thus shows the white straw, it's milk it's a hat for 130 euros
When there is a supply problem with an item in the order, we are not notified and the entire order is blocked. In the end, from 4 weeks of delay for my hat, I arrived at 8
The cap is very nice, but the delivery time (5 weeks) should be taken into account. However, I received a response to each of my phone calls to track the delivery.
I ordered a Tilley hat, I paid for express delivery with TNT, to receive the package the day after shipping as indicated. The item was shipped on June 25. On June 29, having still received nothing, I called. I was sent an email saying that the item had indeed been shipped. I was finally delivered on July 1. The logistics really leaves much to be desired.
Hat is great but delivery times are really very long
Out of stock which is not a problem in itself, but a little lack of communication. A simple word to indicate where the order stands would have sufficed
Thank you for the quick shipment! however, in the shipping box, the hat did not have a 'cardboard support' placed so that the hat was well maintained - on its crown; something I find at 'good click good kind'..... not even a booklet for the maintenance of this hat... it would be great to have that for each hat (after all, all different!!) so well personalized by the manufacturers.. or you, official resellers.. thank you
Several orders of headgear from Traclet without too many issues (just a size problem once). Order of suspenders arrived with a defect related to the placement of a label on the elastic fibers. Exchange made after return but would have been at my expense if I had not insisted. Had to send a photo of the problem and call because they apparently did not read the reason for the return in the form provided for this purpose. Surprising thing: the new suspenders are a bit different from those received first and returned. The new ones look good compared to the visual on the site unlike the first returned ones whose leather trim was lighter (and not sewn straight by the way) and the metal blocks were not identical (on the new ones it is well written 'Hercule'). Maybe an old collection during the first shipment. The experience is therefore mixed, doubt being allowed and I still do not understand why some businesses find it normal to have such defects just like the threads not stopped on some garments sometimes. Fortunately, exchanges by email and phone are responsive and once the exchange is accepted, the return label arrives very quickly.
The site states delivery in 48 hours, ordered on Friday received on Friday, for me that makes 7 days... and oh surprise that half of the order is in the package, I ordered 2 items and it's the cheaper one that arrived, I just made a complaint, I'm waiting for a response...
I thought all your hats were made in France. I was disappointed that its origin is Bulgaria.
While a delivery time of 15 days was announced on the site, it was made beyond a month, and no spontaneous information from Traclet reached me to inform me of this delay.

You forgot my order, although you received it a week before the hat I was waiting for. I had to remind you and after that everything was very quick.

I received the cap; but it is not the cap I ordered and paid 49.99 plus shipping fees. Received cap; Olive mosquito-repellent neck cover Hatland. 39.99 euros. Ordered cap; Janou UPF50 + Khaki neck cover Hatland 49.99 euros.

Color choices for each model are a bit limited, especially on the light gray tone which is a classic.
The ordering site is not simple, it is not intuitive and generates errors. If there is an error, the solution provided is not very customer-friendly compared to other online sites that do not charge for shipping twice.
A month of waiting to receive my order, which can be explained by the COVID period that extends delivery times. But zero communication, and information obtained with difficulty. It's a shame. In the end, the two caps are very nice although one of them is too small. Even though the same size was ordered and received.
