You forgot my order, although you received it a week before the hat I was waiting for. I had to remind you and after that everything was very quick.

Color choices for each model are a bit limited, especially on the light gray tone which is a classic.
The ordering site is not simple, it is not intuitive and generates errors. If there is an error, the solution provided is not very customer-friendly compared to other online sites that do not charge for shipping twice.
A month of waiting to receive my order, which can be explained by the COVID period that extends delivery times. But zero communication, and information obtained with difficulty. It's a shame. In the end, the two caps are very nice although one of them is too small. Even though the same size was ordered and received.

Nothing to say about the site, and the order is consistent with the model seen on the site. A good month delay between order and delivery, no information in the meantime, it's borderline when ordering for a ceremony. And a small downside, I received 2 emails 1 minute apart, one informing me that the order had been shipped and the second saying 'in restocking', so contradictory....and disturbing: what to understand??.
A long-time customer, I was surprised by the management of this order. Indeed, you have a very good automatic reminder system for the cart from a marketing point of view. However, there are bugs, probably related to IT, certainly. But very annoying, as they make it impossible to place an order with a choice of delivery and payment. So, well done, someone at your place has recovered the problem and managed it. In absolute terms, this is not normal. I had to write several times to explain the situation. I was reminded about my cart and no one answered my questions. Finally, there is a person who took the case in hand, perhaps because I reminded them that I was a 'long-time customer'. So my rating is more relative to the 'bug'...... It's up to you to see. Thanks again to the person who 'reacted', well done and congratulations.
Very good site and service. But disappointed with the products received. Of the two head coverings ordered in the same size, one is too small, the other too big. I always have reservations about ordering this kind of product online, I think this is the last time. It would be good to check the actual size of the items sold and provide indications in the product sheets, such as 'size large' or 'order one size down'.

Navigating the site is quite easy. It would be beneficial to have a bit more photos per hat. The shipping is fast, however the delivery was not up to par in the sense that the package was left at the bottom of the stairs (individual house) on a rainy day without a phone call or knock on the door while we were at home. Result: wet cardboard and fortunately a friend was passing by and went up the stairs to retrieve the package to bring it to safety!
I received the ordered hat but it was in the same packaging box without a box or bag to protect it. This surprised and disappointed me regarding the treatment given to the merchandise. Otherwise, the delivery was on time and the hat matched my request.
The shipping and return costs for a €10 item are too high...

Hello, Not simple.
Indeed, I had tried to contact the hat shop by email but I was not getting a response, as I still had not received the hat and the money had been withdrawn from my account for a long time (order placed almost 1 month before). I had to intervene by threatening to make a formal notice if there was no response within 8 days. The next day I received one where they told me it was a mistake. They had sent me a screenshot of an order but from another person. On the same day, I received another email from them saying that my order had been shipped and that it would arrive in 4 days: which indeed happened.

If I hadn't called, I wouldn't have heard anything about a cane purchased for a birthday on 04/18. It arrived 12 days later on 04/30, the day of the birthday, phew!!

After paying for the product ordered online, I received a message from TRACLET informing me that there would be a delay in its delivery due to stock shortages! Then, two days later, an email from TRACLET indicated that the cap was... being shipped!! I was completely confused; anyway, my order did arrive. It may have been a lack of coordination between the services. Regarding the delivery, even though I had specified that this package was intended for an elderly person with reduced mobility, etc... and that I had communicated her mobile number so she could be contacted during delivery, the person in charge of delivering the package did not contact the recipient (even though her mobile number was prominently displayed on the package!), and was about to leave without dropping off the package while the recipient was at home.
2 strange things: In my order, it is specified that I would have to wait because there are supply difficulties... I asked by email for explanations, an idea of the new deadline... no response!!!! And yet within 48 hours I was notified that my order was shipped and I could track my package!! On the announced day of receiving my package at a Relay point, I received a text message saying that my package was blocked because I had customs fees to pay and I was invited to connect to a website.... I did not respond to this text which was a scam..... I received my package without any issues BUT HOW DID THEY GET MY NUMBER??????????????

Fast delivery but the ordered item is not the right one and my order arrived at another customer...
