Very nice hat, I was super happy I didn't have to wait an eternity to receive it but unfortunately it was too big so I returned it to receive one in my size

Good quality hats... but I absolutely wanted a hat made in France, and I ordered it as such. On one of the two, no origin so no certainty.... and on the second, made in Italy. I would have preferred a bit more honesty.

We are surprised to find that the 2 hats are not of identical manufacture!!!

Meh, hard to keep track

One of the caps was supposed to be size 58-61 and that was not the case, I couldn't wear it, I wear 59-60.

Delivery of a different product than the one ordered!

Overall it's okay

Navigation, ordering, and delivery top-notch. Gray cap is okay but nothing more and black cap beanie is shapeless and irregular in height, just enough to wear indoors to keep warm but I won't wear it outside for fear of ridicule. Disappointed by the quality of the products from this 3rd order.

Pleasant navigation. Delivery three and a half months after the order, way too long. Item too big, the shape does not fit, so return with a request for a refund. What a disappointment!

The hat I ordered was not available at the time of my order but I only found out after I had validated and paid. Then no news at all. I had to send an email to request the cancellation of my order for it to, coincidentally, be shipped the same day????

I waited for the beige model for weeks. Impossible to order. The site does not work. Finally ordered the khaki model. Alas. Delivery took a week after several announcements from the post office that it would arrive the next day which was not the case

I only received 1 item out of 2 without explanation, without a letter. I called, the lady told me there was an error with the stock of the 2nd item but it had been ordered. But in my account, nothing proves that I am missing an item. I would like to receive an email confirming that an item is awaiting delivery.

Happy to receive my Australian hat at 12 PM today, March 15, 2021. I put it on my head immediately while doing the most important thing for me, which is to lift the edges using the side snap buttons. A minute later, without forcing at all, I wanted to lower the sides to see my hat fully open and, to my unpleasant surprise, the left eyelet (male fitting) came out of the fabric, pulled by the female fitting button; leaving an unusable hole now. I am deeply disappointed because once again I have come across an item that I cannot wear as I would like. What do you advise me to do? Without this problem, I would have checked 5 stars.

Easy order and delivery, well-tracked. But the order (walking stick), although carefully packaged, arrived slightly damaged.

The function on the net when the product is not available saying: 'contact me when the product is available' does not work. I had to make the inquiries by phone to get my product.

The package is not handed directly to the customer by La Poste, so it is not possible to check the contents in front of the postal worker.

I am satisfied with the product. Delivery: the delivery person did not leave the package in the mailbox even though it could fit (I checked); He rolled over the 80 meters of private road leading to my home, moving barriers that protected 2 manholes that had just been cemented at the risk of destabilizing them. Expensive for what it is. Part of the very thin double-sided adhesive film that overflows on the side of the fabric that will be in contact with the forehead: when you remove the protective film, at each end of the piece to be glued, a sticky rectangle will necessarily be against the forehead. It should have been that there was no sticky return at the ends. I am rather disappointed.

Navigation and product shipping are correct. The tracking service was also well detailed.

I did not receive the right color (black instead of brown).

Satisfaction is not complete because the delivered cap is not the color mentioned on the site. When you buy an anthracite gray color, you expect the reflection of the selected shade... however, the model received is BLACK, completely black for the outer part (visible) and only 'Scottish' gray for the underside of the visor!! You will easily understand our dissatisfaction!!! However, my husband decided to keep the cap because the size suited him.

Too little communication on the order and delivery tracking. Fortunately, the quality of the product is present and meets my expectations. We'll see with time...

Product delivered not conforming to the order (color error). Very quick response to my request for exchange. I was promised a shipment of the correct color with a return slip. Waiting, hoping for a quick return.
