I am disappointed with the received item because it has a weird shape that is really not nice, it has 2 bumps on the sides... if I want to exchange, I have to pay fees to return it. I had already paid shipping fees, it starts to be a lot. No commercial gesture from customer service. So be careful, be sure of yourself!
we are sorry if the product does not suit you. This model has been sold for many years with a rating of 4.4 out of 5 which is still a good rating for a product at 13 euros.
As with any exchange, we share the shipping costs, you take care of the return to us and we take care of the reshipment.
On a product at 13 euros, we cover the reshipment which amounts to 4.95 euros but we cannot cover all shipping costs.

Good site but it might be preferable to remove the hats in TU. I thought they were adjustable but no, the received hat is too big.

What is the problem with the cap?
We have several qualities of caps in this model ranging from 29 euros to 70 euros.
It is possible to change it if it does not suit you.

Incorrect size information. Cap too small.
It should be clearer about delivery times when ordering.
No navigation issues on the site. Delivery made as indicated. The appearance of the product was not at all in line with the model presented. Too wide. Product returned to the hat shop Traclet. Today, waiting for a refund.

As indicated during our exchanges, one of the Tilley hats had a delay because it is made in Canada and with the Covid pandemic, the hat has been delayed a lot.

Order received a week later, without order tracking, even though I had paid for express delivery (max 48h).
Please excuse us, the order was placed Friday afternoon and it was sent out on Monday by TNT.
An email was indeed sent on Monday at 6 PM.
Following your calls this week we have made complaints.
To date we have not received any feedback from TNT.

The hat does not resemble the photo very much. The color and the fur are different.
First order on this site and really disappointed. Cap ordered supposedly available within 48h. Cap received different from the one ordered, without any explanation and strangely the one actually ordered is no longer available for 3 to 4 weeks!!! So I think it was a default shipment. Otherwise, delivery of the wrong product was done within the deadlines.
Sent the wrong model, even if it is quality. Too bad.
Delivery in 3 weeks and a few days, followed up by phone twice. No feedback from the store on the delay. Had to settle for a 'product being restocked'.

Bad information on the site: 1/ engraving at 250 characters but an email asks me to limit to 20 characters!? : so I would have chosen a competitor. 2/I receive an email informing me of the shipment of my package while I receive an email afterwards asking for a modification: so my order was not processed! I hope to be an isolated case. Normal delivery and good protection.

I received the hat more than three weeks after the order!
Impossible to reach customer service by phone. Unable to pay with Paypal. Lack of information on the inner linings. 3 points to resolve. Fast delivery and good product.

I placed an order on December 2. As soon as I finished, I received a first questionnaire from you. Then, after almost 3 weeks of silence, I sent an email asking what was happening since I had received nothing. In response, I was told that the package had been sent while I had no information from the postal service. A week later, still having nothing, a new email with a delivery deadline. A package arrived on Monday, January 4, with only 2 items. I asked for explanations for these items and I am still waiting for a response.

Product received and well followed. But packaging much too simple, cardboard damaged and dented everywhere. And the disappointment came upon opening. Many poorly made details (visor edge poorly cut, headband with non-sewn threads, inside of the hat different from what is indicated on the site). For a hat at 195 euros, we end up with a hat worth 45 or 60 euros. After the material and the overall product is compliant.

Rather good
The site mentioned free shipping for my order, but in reality, I had to call to avoid shipping fees.
A quick order processing, the product matches the photos and description on the site. I take away one star for the packaging... It would have been preferable to use a taller box which would have avoided the cap arriving a bit deformed...
