The hat I ordered was not available at the time of my order but I only found out after I had validated and paid. Then no news at all. I had to send an email to request the cancellation of my order for it to, coincidentally, be shipped the same day????

I waited for the beige model for weeks. Impossible to order. The site does not work. Finally ordered the khaki model. Alas. Delivery took a week after several announcements from the post office that it would arrive the next day which was not the case

The delivery person did not have a mask

I only received 1 item out of 2 without explanation, without a letter. I called, the lady told me there was an error with the stock of the 2nd item but it had been ordered. But in my account, nothing proves that I am missing an item. I would like to receive an email confirming that an item is awaiting delivery.

Site and delivery perfect. Product marked with a bad crease altering its appearance and therefore not quite conforming to the presentation photo.

Happy to receive my Australian hat at 12 PM today, March 15, 2021. I put it on my head immediately while doing the most important thing for me, which is to lift the edges using the side snap buttons. A minute later, without forcing at all, I wanted to lower the sides to see my hat fully open and, to my unpleasant surprise, the left eyelet (male fitting) came out of the fabric, pulled by the female fitting button; leaving an unusable hole now. I am deeply disappointed because once again I have come across an item that I cannot wear as I would like. What do you advise me to do? Without this problem, I would have checked 5 stars.

Easy order and delivery, well-tracked. But the order (walking stick), although carefully packaged, arrived slightly damaged.

The function on the net when the product is not available saying: 'contact me when the product is available' does not work. I had to make the inquiries by phone to get my product.

The package is not handed directly to the customer by La Poste, so it is not possible to check the contents in front of the postal worker.

Site could be simplified. More important indication when there is a stock shortage.

The return conditions are terrible, I will not order again on your site!

I am satisfied with the product. Delivery: the delivery person did not leave the package in the mailbox even though it could fit (I checked); He rolled over the 80 meters of private road leading to my home, moving barriers that protected 2 manholes that had just been cemented at the risk of destabilizing them. It might be useful to indicate on the packages those that can be deposited in mailboxes.

A downside on the order screen, which does not allow the selection of the desired product (photos showing two versions). Risky.

Expensive for what it is. Part of the very thin double-sided adhesive film that overflows on the side of the fabric that will be in contact with the forehead: when you remove the protective film, at each end of the piece to be glued, a sticky rectangle will necessarily be against the forehead. It should have been that there was no sticky return at the ends. I am rather disappointed.

Let's say when we call ourselves CHAPEAUX FRANCE I did not expect to have the 4 caps made in CHINA... TOO BAD I CANNOT SEND YOU PHOTOS BECAUSE I RECTIFIED THE WOOL ONE

Navigation and product shipping are correct. The tracking service was also well detailed.

I did not receive the right color (black instead of brown).

Satisfaction is not complete because the delivered cap is not the color mentioned on the site. When you buy an anthracite gray color, you expect the reflection of the selected shade... however, the model received is BLACK, completely black for the outer part (visible) and only 'Scottish' gray for the underside of the visor!! You will easily understand our dissatisfaction!!! However, my husband decided to keep the cap because the size suited him.

Too little communication on the order and delivery tracking. Fortunately, the quality of the product is present and meets my expectations. We'll see with time...

Product delivered not conforming to the order (color error). Very quick response to my request for exchange. I was promised a shipment of the correct color with a return slip. Waiting, hoping for a quick return.

Too long the hat manufacturing.

I am disappointed with the received item because it has a weird shape that is really not nice, it has 2 bumps on the sides... if I want to exchange, I have to pay fees to return it. I had already paid shipping fees, it starts to be a lot. No commercial gesture from customer service. So be careful, be sure of yourself!

Good site but it might be preferable to remove the hats in TU. I thought they were adjustable but no, the received hat is too big.

It should be clearer about delivery times when ordering.

No navigation issues on the site. Delivery made as indicated. The appearance of the product was not at all in line with the model presented. Too wide. Product returned to the hat shop Traclet. Today, waiting for a refund.

The hat does not resemble the photo very much. The color and the fur are different.

First order on this site and really disappointed. Cap ordered supposedly available within 48h. Cap received different from the one ordered, without any explanation and strangely the one actually ordered is no longer available for 3 to 4 weeks!!! So I think it was a default shipment. Otherwise, delivery of the wrong product was done within the deadlines.

Sent the wrong model, even if it is quality. Too bad.

Delivery in 3 weeks and a few days, followed up by phone twice. No feedback from the store on the delay. Had to settle for a 'product being restocked'.
