This first purchasing experience with the Traclet company was very satisfactory. The delivery was fast (products ordered on January 10, shipped on the 11th, and received on the 13th) and the packaging was simple but done with care in a container large enough to protect against potential shocks during transport, allowing the order to be received in perfect condition. The quality of the products lives up to the reputation of the Traclet hat shop, and their finish is excellent. A piece of advice for future buyers, make sure to check the availability of the product right at the time of ordering, as it seems, in some cases, to evolve very quickly (which is a good sign for the company). I was looking for something neutral and the navy blue didn't show up in the photo, so I looked at the other colors and the red showed a navy blue image, so I thought that with a bit of luck it's not the red but the navy blue that I would receive, too bad it's not the right one, but it's okay I'll find a way to match it with an outfit
