The color of the fur of my hat does not match the photo
I am disappointed because I paid for a gift package. In the box, the packaging is all deformed and the gift package is poorly done... I have to make another one. 3 euros for that is limited.
Thus we can proceed with the refund of the 3 euros.

Poorly packaged The box is too small for the delivered hat. A hard box would be more appreciated. Quite disappointed given the price of the hat

Disappointed by the quality of the cap: . on the top, there was a sewing defect, an irregularity in the pattern and threads were sticking out! . still on the top a false diagonal crease!
Delivery was 'almost' express, TNT did not deliver to the indicated address, they left the package in one of their agencies 50km from the delivery location!! After my call, delivery was okay the next day as planned. Otherwise, the order is compliant, beautiful products, well packaged, I will probably place other orders!
Hello order placed on October 25 delivered on December 17 after several emails and phone calls but the beanie is compliant with the ordered product happy

the miki beanie only has a manufacturing label on the product. It includes both its composition, its reference but no paper label.
For the order slip, as indicated on the site, they are sent by email and are also on your personal space.

Difficulties paying on the site. I both have no account and an account!! When I want to create one I already have an account and when I want to log in I don't have an account?!! I ended up placing my order by phone
The site is well designed, a lot of choices and nothing to say about the very fast and tracked delivery. But I am disappointed with the ordered product: given the brand (presented as a reference in the field) I expected at least a correct label inside the beret and/or a somewhat 'classy' packaging. The basic white label is barely readable and the beret was simply slipped into a bubble envelope, with no protection at all... I hope at least that the size will fit, as it is a gift for Christmas...
Disappointed because when I ordered I had the choice between size 57 or 59 and upon receipt it turned out to be M or L so size error Misinformed and extra cost for exchange!!!

You chose during the order a size 59 or L.
This does not change anything about the error during the order.
Since you want a size 57 or M which is equivalent.

Not satisfied with the packaging as it was torn on top by your services. Moreover, the small message written on the box did not have time to dry which does not allow me to open it in its state and to foresee new packaging.

Initially, using the Safari browser, my order did not go through twice. I switched to a different browser (Firefox) to finalize my order.
Fast service, good packaging, but the product was not delivered to the desired pickup point. No explanation provided by Traclet or Colissimo.

The visor does not lower well, blurry with glasses, a rigid visor would be better.
The delivery time was very long. Customer service can do better, provided they do something. Two emails remained unanswered.
