Not notified of the delivery; the package had been waiting at the post office for a week...
Disappointed. Bad information on the site: 1/ engraving at 250 characters but an email asks me to limit to 20 characters!? : so I would have chosen a competitor. 2/I receive an email informing me of the shipment of my package while I receive an email afterwards asking for a modification: so my order was not processed! I hope to be an isolated case. Normal delivery and good protection.

The length of the text was over two lines in full length and it is not possible to make it that long.
We have modified the information on the length of the text.
It is not that we want to limit the text but mainly that afterwards the text is unreadable and therefore the customer is not satisfied.

I received the hat more than three weeks after the order!
Impossible to reach customer service by phone. Unable to pay with Paypal. Lack of information on the inner linings. 3 points to resolve. Fast delivery and good product.
Fast delivery but the package was very damaged and open; fortunately, the item was fine, but for the price paid, it is still disappointing.
No prepaid return label for the product's reshipment.

One size but really too small.
I placed an order on December 2. As soon as I finished, I received a first questionnaire from you. Then, after almost 3 weeks of silence, I sent an email asking what was happening since I had received nothing. In response, I was told that the package had been sent while I had no information from the postal service. A week later, still having nothing, a new email with a delivery deadline. A package arrived on Monday, January 4, with only 2 items. I asked for explanations for these items and I am still waiting for a response.

The hat is very nice. Too bad that a chrono post delivery within 24 hours costs 9 euros, and the package takes 3 days...

Product received and well followed. But packaging much too simple, cardboard damaged and dented everywhere. And the disappointment came upon opening. Many poorly made details (visor edge poorly cut, headband with non-sewn threads, inside of the hat different from what is indicated on the site). For a hat at 195 euros, we end up with a hat worth 45 or 60 euros. After the material and the overall product is compliant.

The site mentioned free shipping for my order, but in reality, I had to call to avoid shipping fees.
A quick order processing, the product matches the photos and description on the site. I take away one star for the packaging... It would have been preferable to use a taller box which would have avoided the cap arriving a bit deformed...
The color of the fur of my hat does not match the photo
I am disappointed because I paid for a gift package. In the box, the packaging is all deformed and the gift package is poorly done... I have to make another one. 3 euros for that is limited.
Thus we can proceed with the refund of the 3 euros.

Poorly packaged The box is too small for the delivered hat. A hard box would be more appreciated. Quite disappointed given the price of the hat

Disappointed by the quality of the cap: . on the top, there was a sewing defect, an irregularity in the pattern and threads were sticking out! . still on the top a false diagonal crease!
Delivery was 'almost' express, TNT did not deliver to the indicated address, they left the package in one of their agencies 50km from the delivery location!! After my call, delivery was okay the next day as planned. Otherwise, the order is compliant, beautiful products, well packaged, I will probably place other orders!
Hello order placed on October 25 delivered on December 17 after several emails and phone calls but the beanie is compliant with the ordered product happy

Difficulties paying on the site. I both have no account and an account!! When I want to create one I already have an account and when I want to log in I don't have an account?!! I ended up placing my order by phone
The site is well designed, a lot of choices and nothing to say about the very fast and tracked delivery. But I am disappointed with the ordered product: given the brand (presented as a reference in the field) I expected at least a correct label inside the beret and/or a somewhat 'classy' packaging. The basic white label is barely readable and the beret was simply slipped into a bubble envelope, with no protection at all... I hope at least that the size will fit, as it is a gift for Christmas...
Disappointed because when I ordered I had the choice between size 57 or 59 and upon receipt it turned out to be M or L so size error Misinformed and extra cost for exchange!!!
the size of hats at the international level is 56/57 or M and L 58/59 cm.
You chose during the order a size 59 or L.
This does not change anything about the error during the order.
Since you want a size 57 or M which is equivalent.

Not satisfied with the packaging as it was torn on top by your services. Moreover, the small message written on the box did not have time to dry which does not allow me to open it in its state and to foresee new packaging.
Acceptance of an order for an item not held in stock. We only know about the stock shortage after paying for the order!
