Very professional, express delivery is express delivery, the sellers and the site are in a field they certainly master. No tricks or problems to report, it was perfect however, there was a nice feather on the hat I ordered, why is it not provided with it? Especially from the Stetson brand which generally provides it, it's not a big deal, watch out for the first pigeon I meet on the street!

I received the order well, thank you. But I did not expect to have 32.80 CHF for delivery. Big disappointment also on the parts supposed to cover the ears; at the front there is an open space that lets in air, it is very uncomfortable. I will need to call a craftsman to remedy this problem. Otherwise, the product is of good quality. The site seems incompatible with Firefox, I had to finish the order by phone and email.
