A lot of choices even though I did not find the model I wanted.
2 months to be delivered. Covid period okay, but that does not prevent keeping the customer informed, with true information of course. 🙂
Delivery times extremely long, without explanations or apologies... Regarding the games, even if you win, you receive nothing. Not reliable, indifference towards the customer.

Order placed on 04/06/2020, without news for 2 weeks I send a message and receive a response on the 20th saying: "The wide-brimmed hat will be shipped at the beginning of next week. Normally, you should receive it Wednesday or Thursday at your home." Not receiving anything, I follow up and receive a response on the 26th informing me that the production of the hat was completed that day. Additional delays are not always a problem, but sometimes you may need a product within a specific timeframe and - if necessary - need to organize if timely delivery is not possible. The product seems to be of good quality, but a customer service that does not communicate does not necessarily make you want to order again.
I find the website not very attractive and modern. The products are so beautiful and of good quality when you receive your package which is well packaged by the way, and I find it a shame that the website does not showcase your magnificent products.
I am disappointed for a site that claims to be French; the hat is not French.
It would be nice to receive an email confirmation of the order. There is too long a delay between the order and delivery. Otherwise, the cap seems to be of good quality.

Interesting site but should evolve its interface, remove non-existent products (which are simply no longer available) and allow, like many sites, payment in installments starting from 100 euros.

I received the delivery but I am being asked to pay another 20.50 CHF to pick up the package. However, during my order, the shipping fee was already included in the price. First order! No particular problem regarding the site BUT A BIG PROBLEM as soon as the item is not available, I only received information about a restocking issue AFTER I had placed, validated, and paid for the order! I did not appreciate at all this principle of not informing at the time of the order!
Unacceptable delivery time!
The delivery is reliable and serious. However, the weak point is the customer service which does not offer prepaid product returns (as is often done today in mail order).

Pleasant phone service that efficiently answered my doubts about the delivery before Father's Day. Pleasant site. But disappointing product.

There are not enough photos with the caps worn, hence my return because on my head it looked horrible, not at all the shape I had visualized from the photo on the site.

We try to make packaging that preserves the package but also the planet because we talk a lot about ecology and we cannot send a box for a bob that is folded.
In the case of a gift, you can ask us for packaging so the hat will be a bit more shaped.
For the shipping costs of 4.95 euros, it is the price of a tracked colissimo.
Unfortunately, shipping costs are significant even for us who cover part of the price.

The item is completely in accordance with its description. The only point that leaves something to be desired is the shipping. Once the hat was purchased, I received an email saying that it was no longer in stock, so the reception was very long; fortunately, it was not an urgent gift. It would be good to warn about stock shortages before purchase.

Perfect hat as described. However, there was a delay in delivery, but perhaps due to the current situation.
Delivery in 24-48h on the product sheet. Shipped 12 days later following a demand through PayPal. And while I had indicated that given the delay I was canceling my purchase. So the package was shipped, which will stay 10 days in storage before returning to the seller, as I am no longer there to retrieve it.

I ordered size 56 and received size 59 (it's not size 57). No time to exchange :-(( Otherwise, the item is compliant and of quality, and the delivery was fast.
Well-designed site, except that it is not specified anywhere that you lose your loyalty points after a year. I lost them two weeks later (if I had known, I would have ordered on time). The hat shop offered to reactivate them, but since I have no purchases planned, it's useless.

Quality product indeed... but does not correspond to the model ordered! I ordered fine wooden clogs with a rounded tip and received a wide model with a pointed tip!
If the design of a cap with a protective visor was a good idea during this health crisis... the quality of the adult caps is deplorable... very thin fabrics ready to tear when trying to remove the visors... a shame for a purchase at 25 euros nonetheless! And the cap does not at all have the quality of the one displayed visually... and two snaps instead of one which weigh down and pull even more on the very thin fabric of the cap...
The product did not fit me... I had to pay the return shipping costs.

If you do not want to pay return shipping costs, you should use the payment method PayPal which covers the return.
