I received the delivery but I am being asked to pay another 20.50 CHF to pick up the package. However, during my order, the shipping fee was already included in the price. Therefore, I still have not picked up the package before having an explanation. And if I have to pay this amount, I will directly return it and demand a refund. First order! No particular problem regarding the site BUT A BIG PROBLEM as soon as the item is not available, I only received information about a restocking issue AFTER I had placed, validated, and paid for the order! I did not appreciate at all this principle of not informing at the time of the order!
Unacceptable delivery time!
The delivery is reliable and serious. However, the weak point is the customer service which does not offer prepaid product returns (as is often done today in mail order).

Pleasant phone service that efficiently answered my doubts about the delivery before Father's Day. Pleasant site. But disappointing product.

For the shipping costs of 4.95 euros, it is the price of a tracked colissimo.
Unfortunately, shipping costs are significant even for us who cover part of the price.

The item is completely in accordance with its description. The only point that leaves something to be desired is the shipping. Once the hat was purchased, I received an email saying that it was no longer in stock, so the reception was very long; fortunately, it was not an urgent gift. It would be good to warn about stock shortages before purchase.

Perfect hat as described. However, there was a delay in delivery, but perhaps due to the current situation.
Delivery in 24-48h on the product sheet. Shipped 12 days later following a demand through PayPal. And while I had indicated that given the delay I was canceling my purchase. So the package was shipped, which will stay 10 days in storage before returning to the seller, as I am no longer there to retrieve it.

I ordered size 56 and received size 59 (it's not size 57). No time to exchange :-(( Otherwise, the item is compliant and of quality, and the delivery was fast.
Well-designed site, except that it is not specified anywhere that you lose your loyalty points after a year. I lost them two weeks later (if I had known, I would have ordered on time). The hat shop offered to reactivate them, but since I have no purchases planned, it's useless.

Quality product indeed... but does not correspond to the model ordered! I ordered fine wooden clogs with a rounded tip and received a wide model with a pointed tip!
If the design of a cap with a protective visor was a good idea during this health crisis... the quality of the adult caps is deplorable... very thin fabrics ready to tear when trying to remove the visors... a shame for a purchase at 25 euros nonetheless! And the cap does not at all have the quality of the one displayed visually... and two snaps instead of one which weigh down and pull even more on the very thin fabric of the cap...

I would improve the return service. The items you sell have the characteristic of needing to fit well and size exchanges should be frequent. It is difficult to find your section dedicated to this service. You require a form that I could not print: I sent it handwritten. The customer has to pay for the return and I also think for the new shipment: the pair of gloves becomes quite expensive and takes a long time to arrive.
Satisfied with the order but very disappointed with the bucket hat received. The shape does not meet my expectations at all. This model does not suit me at all.
The cap purchased is of very good quality but I had ordered it with gift options and a little note... it was wrapped in a very thin paper bag with the note written in black marker on the packaging... what a disappointment...

A serious and fairly complete site but not ergonomic
Good quality hat that corresponds to the photos. However, the commercial service is very limited. No questioning of the seller, it's always the customer's fault. When you want to retain your customers, you take care of them!
Choice available, even in small sizes (what a joy to have a hat that fits!). Fast delivery when the headgear is in stock. However, I could not order certain hats (I received a message saying that I had reached the quantity?!).
Some sort of residue of a sticky white label on the straw hat that I had to peel off. Not professional on this detail otherwise nothing to report
