Two months to be delivered and no communication about this status until I wrote a message. No commercial gesture. Very unfortunate because the products are good.

Somewhat satisfied. Delivery times were long (no information regarding waiting time), and delivery was postponed without reason even though I had taken the day off expressly. Finally, I had to pay fees for delivery (13 euros import fees), fees that are not clearly stated when purchasing even though I am already paying delivery fees.

After difficulties connecting to my account, the service was very responsive and quickly resolved the problem.
The wide-brimmed hat is beautiful. Unfortunately, the box is smaller than the hat. The edges are all curled up. The box from my previous purchase was larger and taller.
