The site works well, ordering is easy, delivery is fast, however the return system is paid, if we request an exchange, the site no longer provides information. The hat was delivered late, the package was open. The delivered hat is not the correct model ordered: "Kangol Tropic player" delivered, "Kangol Mowbray gray" ordered.
Thank you for simply sending us as requested by email a received photo in order to proceed with its replacement with a good return.
In the case where the package is open, as we indicate in our sales conditions but also in all messages like here; refuse the package because we have no proof that the hat has not been stolen.
Regarding the delay, everyone knows that currently with COVID 19, the postal logistics platforms are delayed and especially that they do not operate every day (also indicated on our site)

Moderately satisfied with the sizes..... I returned the package and the return is at my expense so I returned it without ordering a new item, too bad!!!!

3 weeks for delivery is a bit long
Navigation on the site is way too slow. The cardboard packaging was visibly poorly taped because when I received my package it was completely open.
The delay is too long and I had to call 3 times = phone charges???? waiting for a commercial gesture regards
