I received my order a month later, I was informed that the item was out of stock at the time of sending my order and indicated a maximum delay of 10 days, moreover upon receipt it is not the pair ordered, it was supposed to have round tips... anyway given the difficulties of ordering I will settle for it. Traclet is a reference seller! But beware of the quality of some products (Breton beanie with Triskell) which is no longer in line with the reputation of the brand! It's really a shame!

A nice site but quite expensive.

The hats are very nice, unfortunately there is no size choice on the site.

The site indicates that the brand runs large. Since I wear 57, I ordered 56... Well, it is ultimately too tight and I don't have a big head. The delivery was a hassle, colissimo is getting worse and worse, there Traclet is not responsible. I am not returning the product, I will give it to someone... The next headgear will be purchased in a store where you can try before buying!

A French seller who apparently has a real street store and that is reassuring. Too bad there are no common sizes (M L) in this wide selection of hats.

I think the information about the fabric used and how it is treated is insufficient or not highlighted. I probably wouldn't have bought it if I had known that the product was mostly polyester.

When an item is selected, there is no going back and you have to re-enter all your choices to make a comparison with a similar item and it quickly becomes annoying.

Nothing to say about the website or the delivery. Except for the accuracy regarding sizes because for a diameter indicated as identical, it is smaller than my old beret.

I am very shocked by the collection of payment, not only before the product is sent but before its 'manufacturing', that is to say a collection on September 17 for a reception on 07/10.

Sorry to say this, but the caps have nothing to do with the photos on your site. I feel like I have very wide plates on my head. It's a real shame.

Not very responsive. Too slow for exchanges. Free exchange, but return at your expense. And 3 weeks after the return still nothing in sight. On the phone, I am told that it is in progress. Moreover, when ordering, the item went from available to 'in restocking'. In short, if you know what you want, and you are really sure of the size, go ahead, otherwise move on.

I am not satisfied because on one hand I had to contact them to receive my order and on the other hand I was not satisfied with my product which I found neglected. When I sent a message with photos, I was told that they found the received product to be compliant and expected. I simply notice that I have quality requirements that the Traclet company does not have. It's a real shame.

Site rich in content and information, but facet search sometimes imprecise and return management on the previous page could be improved. Thank you for your beautiful products and your impeccable service.

Problem with the filters on the site, no way to select 'men' then 'straw' without having a plethora of straw hats for women in the selection results.

This is my first order, I don't think I will renew the adventure given the quality of the items.

Navigation and payment on the site are functional and fast. However, it is indicated on the webpage of this item that this brand (Stetson) sizes one size above the size announced by the manufacturer. Regarding this model and myself, this is clearly inaccurate: it fits just right.

I did not receive the correct size for the kangol cap that I ordered.

-What a pity not to create hats for men with extra wide brims (12 cm or more) like for women. -What a pity that women's hats with extra wide brims are not in color because white with a terracotta trim, gray or beige does not attract a young audience.

I have problems with the size. Size L is too big for me and M is too small while my normal size is L because I have two other Stetson Brooklyn leather caps in size L that fit me perfectly.

Deplorable telephone reception.

The package was redone twice and 2 items had stitching defects that were nonexistent.

I informed that I would not be there in August and yet the hat was sent. I have no news of this hat, moreover when ordering no one informed me that it would take about a month for it to be available. In a word, my experience has been bad in every way.

Delivery of a hat that did not correspond to the order. With the heatwave, this is all the more regrettable. There was no return label in the package. To this day we are still waiting for the delivery of the ORDERED ITEM.
