Non-respect of the promised deadline
Delivery needs to be reviewed closely, very disappointing
Fast delivery
The filter functionality could be improved. For example, when selecting a size, only display products in stock in that size and not all possible ones.
Notable small defect on the felt, absence of the cork bands usually provided with Stetson items, size (Chinese) very approximate - larger than American references: the M corresponds largely to an L -, hat delivered without the original brand box, in packaging too tight for the width of the brims, additionally poorly secured packaging (loose paper bands scattered around the hat). Usually, one expects more care to be taken with an order, especially when it is made at a high price. Too bad...
For the felt defect issue, please send us a photo to [email protected] to see if we can change it or if it comes from transport.
Regarding the size, the information that the Stetson brand even made in China runs large is noted on the product sheet at the same level as the size choice.
Furthermore, the information about the production location is noted as with every Stetson hat, here the place of manufacture is noted in China
Regarding the transport box, it is not provided with this type of hat and on the other hand no hat box is offered for this model because the classic Stetson boxes are too small.
Finally, for the size reducers, we can send them to you because like the boxes, they are not provided with all Stetson hats but we can of course send you some from our stock.

It is only after placing the order that we learn that the item is out of stock. This leads to a delay of several weeks before being delivered. I felt trapped, as I thought I was buying an item immediately available. Not a correct procedure, in my opinion.
The products are very good but the customer service is a disaster! Difficult to get advice before the purchase, you feel like you are waking up the person on the other end of the line. And then, the same, complicated to get information for a return. It took more than 7 calls to customer service to get a follow-up and a refund for my purchase. Really very unfortunate. The products may be impeccable, it cools to try the experience again.

Unfortunately, the information could not be given quickly because Flechet is in the process of being bought out at the end of this year and if you cannot reach me on my side, I have little information from Flechet. That is why I proposed another model that I sent you by email.

Ordered a beret Elosegui in 63 received a 62!!!!!!! Disappointed, don't understand, while the previous order was successful !!!!!

Incorrect information from your customer service about the size. The 59cm is much larger than the L at Stetson. Paid return

I am satisfied with the order but the sizes I chose are too large, too bad, and yet my wife measured my head circumference precisely, it is not 61 that I should have taken, moreover although I ordered 2 caps in 61 one of them the Traclet is larger than the other!
The navigation is perfect. The delivery took one day longer (Colissimo route error). Only the product does not match the order. I returned it. I will not rate you for now. Only
Very difficult like every year to have Massoud pakols in size 61/62 with the right model and color.
Perfect in logistics. Just a downside. Be careful when you advise to take a size down for the Stetson brand. My size is 60 I ordered 60, 61 and it is perfect.

Black beanie article. Too thick for its use, more of a winter beanie than a night one. And a big made in China label as a bonus. Stamped transfer by GB company...
Yes, it's normal, the white beanie is made in France at 19 euros while the black beanie you chose is the model at 14 euros and made in China as indicated on the product sheet. It is of course possible to change it for the black color like the model received in white if you wish.

This hat that I have to give for Christmas seems quite ordinary for the price. Moreover, I fear it will be too small even when opened to the maximum.
Disappointed at first by the waiting time requested for the supply (clearly indicated on the site) then, following my request, an effort was made to deliver me quickly which is good. However, the received hat is a bit small yet I had asked for advice before ordering it! In short, not to be renewed
If the hat is too small, it is of course possible to change it for size L which is 58/59 cm.
In the case where you normally wear size 57 or 58 cm, size M will be more adjusted as size L will probably be a bit large. However, during the exchange, we can put cork wedges in it to adjust it.

Traclet is a reference seller! But beware of the quality of some products (Breton beanie with Triskell) which is no longer in line with the reputation of the brand! It's really a shame!

A nice site but quite expensive.
The hats are very nice, unfortunately there is no size choice on the site.
The site indicates that the brand runs large. Since I wear 57, I ordered 56... Well, it is ultimately too tight and I don't have a big head. The delivery was a hassle, colissimo is getting worse and worse, there Traclet is not responsible. I am not returning the product, I will give it to someone... The next headgear will be purchased in a store where you can try before buying!
A French seller who apparently has a real street store and that is reassuring. Too bad there are no common sizes (M L) in this wide selection of hats.
I think the information about the fabric used and how it is treated is insufficient or not highlighted. I probably wouldn't have bought it if I had known that the product was mostly polyester.
When an item is selected, there is no going back and you have to re-enter all your choices to make a comparison with a similar item and it quickly becomes annoying.
Nothing to say about the website or the delivery. Except for the accuracy regarding sizes because for a diameter indicated as identical, it is smaller than my old beret.
I am very shocked by the collection of payment, not only before the product is sent but before its 'manufacturing', that is to say a collection on September 17 for a reception on 07/10.
