Correct navigation, serious customer service.

The products are diversified, but searches are not very easy. The shipping time is not very clear. Quality product and package received quickly!

Sorry to say this, but the caps have nothing to do with the photos on your site. I feel like I have very wide plates on my head. It's a real shame.

Not very responsive. Too slow for exchanges. Free exchange, but return at your expense. And 3 weeks after the return still nothing in sight. On the phone, I am told that it is in progress. Moreover, when ordering, the item went from available to 'in restocking'. In short, if you know what you want, and you are really sure of the size, go ahead, otherwise move on.

I am not satisfied because on one hand I had to contact them to receive my order and on the other hand I was not satisfied with my product which I found neglected. When I sent a message with photos, I was told that they found the received product to be compliant and expected. I simply notice that I have quality requirements that the Traclet company does not have. It's a real shame.

Site rich in content and information, but facet search sometimes imprecise and return management on the previous page could be improved. Thank you for your beautiful products and your impeccable service.

Problem with the filters on the site, no way to select 'men' then 'straw' without having a plethora of straw hats for women in the selection results.

This is my first order, I don't think I will renew the adventure given the quality of the items.

Navigation and payment on the site are functional and fast. However, it is indicated on the webpage of this item that this brand (Stetson) sizes one size above the size announced by the manufacturer. Regarding this model and myself, this is clearly inaccurate: it fits just right.

I did not receive the correct size for the kangol cap that I ordered.

-What a pity not to create hats for men with extra wide brims (12 cm or more) like for women. -What a pity that women's hats with extra wide brims are not in color because white with a terracotta trim, gray or beige does not attract a young audience.

I have problems with the size. Size L is too big for me and M is too small while my normal size is L because I have two other Stetson Brooklyn leather caps in size L that fit me perfectly.

Deplorable telephone reception.

The package was redone twice and 2 items had stitching defects that were nonexistent.

I informed that I would not be there in August and yet the hat was sent. I have no news of this hat, moreover when ordering no one informed me that it would take about a month for it to be available. In a word, my experience has been bad in every way.

Hat arrived wrinkled.

Delivery of a hat that did not correspond to the order. With the heatwave, this is all the more regrettable. There was no return label in the package. To this day we are still waiting for the delivery of the ORDERED ITEM.

For the second time, the hat arrives without labeling. It is too small.

Very high return costs if I get the size wrong: shipping costs 4.70 + return costs 8€ plus costs for sending back a new size 4.70€

The site is excellent.

Announced waiting time is much shorter than reality and especially no communication to explain it and thus show us the seriousness of the order follow-up. More 'modest' sites relay every hiccup in the operations, that's what I've noticed over my online purchases.

On the item, it was indicated one size fits all, I have a 57 cm head circumference and honestly, it is frankly just right, and I will not return it because my package got lost and since I only travel by bus, it cost me 5 euros in shipping plus 5 euros for the bus to retrieve it. A bit expensive for transport costs; I absolutely do not blame you (post office issue), but disappointed because I will certainly give it away.
