I am delighted with my Barigoules Provençal hat. Beautiful craftsmanship, good value for money, fast shipping – order placed on May 8; hat shipped on the 9th and received on the 12th – and very neat; in short, everything is perfect. Navigating the site is easy, delivery is fast but I still have the same issue with ordering on my account on the site. I always have to call La Chapellerie directly! The phone reception is perfect.
Out of stock at the order, however delivery was quite fast. It would have just been appreciated to have an idea of the restocking delay… if you were aware of it…
