The Traclet house is very serious, and responds immediately to any question; moreover, the Panama I ordered is perfect, very fine. The only problem lies with the carrier COLISSIMO: colissimo writes to me that my package has left, this is not true; then, they write that I have received my package, this is not true. They change the reference of the shipment, which makes it difficult to track the package.
