The caps received are not at all of the expected quality. I would not recommend.

Indeed, the flat cap has been sold for 10 years in our hat shop in Roanne and to date we have not had such dissatisfaction. And for the caps of the Bards brand, we also sell them in-store at 4 rue de Cadore in Roanne and our customers as well as the children who wear them are satisfied with their quality.
It is therefore very interesting to understand the issues encountered with the caps in order to relay this to our manufacturers.

The Panama straw hat is good. The felt hat is a disaster and I am very disappointed with the product you delivered to me. The label inside is erased... a sign that this hat is a return that has been used or is made in China and you erased the manufacturer, and the outside is fleece. a sign that it has already been used. The conclusion is that I regret ordering and paying for a product that I will not use, being ugly and of poor quality. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Not really happy, I ordered a cap size 55, it actually measures 52. After contacting them, return at my expense (22 euros for a 20 euro cap), I request in exchange another of real size 56 cm... it measures 54... I am not going to return it a second time. Trash and on to the next!

I had ordered 2 long night caps, one black and one white, for my son for Christmas. He received a short cap and a long cap. After reporting it by email and phone, I was told they would correct this mistake by sending the long cap with a return slip for the short cap. We are soon in February and my son has received nothing. He even went to the Post Office to ask. Nothing and no news from Traclet despite my phone call saying that my son has received nothing.
