Not the easiest, especially when you are 76 years old and not very good with computers a simple phone call would be better but I think that's not really in fashion today???!!!

I was very disappointed with the Creusois hat whose felt is uncomfortable to wear as well as the paid return policy. The Creusois hat does not protect from the sun (the eyes) and it is very uncomfortable because I have ophthalmic migraines as soon as the sky is too bright or the sun shines. Too bad! I would have liked to exchange it but too many costs: return, shipping for reshipment, exchange shipping.

Order not received

Package not received today, the package received in the Colissimo locker was intended for another person. My package was searched for, found, and returned to Toulon, I live in the Vosges... For them, it’s the original shipping address... The previous order was not the right size received... In short, 2 orders, 2 troubles.

Announced color beige while it is almost white. Displayed size really very small.

Delivery by Colissimo poorly tracked. The product is 2 sizes larger than the actual head circumference. Actual head circumference = 61, as a precaution I ordered size 60 ... I should have ordered size 59 for the cap to fit well.

It is noted on the site two to three days for delivery. I will receive my package a week after my order... I will not enjoy the hat during my vacation, very disappointed!

Very fast delivery, the product seems to be of good quality but the packaging box is too small, the hat is deformed and looks like nothing, I am disappointed. I am not returning it because I need it and hope to be able to shape it properly. I don't think I will place another order on this site.

I had to wait three weeks and follow up with the site.

The boater I just received looks nothing like the one received in a previous order. (same product same size) this one is at least one size larger. The straw is very light and is flattened or crushed during manufacturing. The boater is therefore very light and so flexible that it seems ready to break.

A bit difficult to find the hat I was looking for.

Issues with the size, I followed the guidelines saying to take the larger size and it is too big, I had to return the hat and pay the full return cost, it's not very customer-friendly, I expected to have a return label or a contribution to the return. Expensive for what it is. It's really low quality. I was thinking of placing another order, I don't think I will now.

Package still not received. Waiting since July 11.

The hat was too big. The return process went perfectly. However, the return postage was at my expense at full price. Ideally, the return should be free to ease concerns about sizing. At a minimum, a negotiated rate between Traclet and a carrier that the customer could benefit from. It cost me €12 to try on a hat. That’s too expensive and I will think twice before renewing the experience. Best regards, William

Being between 2 sizes, I took the larger size (L) according to your recommendations but I had to return it because it was too big, for size (M). I have difficulty reaching you to make the return, impossible to have a contact person at the indicated hours Best regards

Hello, I received my order well, always beautiful quality, but 48€ today against 25€ in 2019, that leaves one perplexed!!!

I am disappointed with the US bandana product; it lacks 1 or 2 photos to better visualize the product, as it is not a classic bandana, it is not a square of fabric; it is a fabric already cut, sewn, like a cap.

The site is quite well done.

Hello regarding the hat, very nice quality superb. But there was a missing eyelet on one side of the chin strap, anyway thank you for the chin strap provided, and I am quite happy with my hat, best regards.

More than a month delay in delivery and the package still not received following a shipping notification received at the end of last week. I had to call to find out where the order was and understand the reason for the delay. I find that communication about the delivery time needs to be improved.

Order received well packaged. The quality of the product is mediocre. Poor quality straw ribbon in velvet instead of being in ottoman.

Pros: • Easy to navigate. Cons: • Little choice of baseball caps for heads sized above 61 cm. • Little choice of colors for baseball caps, most out of stock with long delivery times.

Delivery times not respected, misshapen bicorne hat (asymmetrical shaping), little communication with manufacturers even though I made a special request well in advance...

No information to the customer if the product is out of stock

The size of the hat is not right, too small by one size.
