While the delivery time was very good, the quality of the product leaves much to be desired: this beanie seems to have already been posted, it has a crease inside and does not look new! Moreover, the brim does not sit flat on the head which is not very aesthetic.
It will be difficult for the beanie to be worn as they have just arrived.
Regarding the creases, as shown in the photos, this model is not without creases or seams.
We have other models made in France like the Beton Ciré brand that are better finished.

To see in real life but this is the first time I order
The site does not work well on my tablet, and I had to pay for my order by check
Order too long, paid 4.80 € to wait 5 days, that's long.
The order being placed on Thursday, the post did not deliver on Saturday but only on Monday of the week.
For next-day delivery, you need to choose TNT or Chronopost.

A first package containing 2 caps (amounting to 80€) indicated as sent but never received. After a week of waiting, I called customer service who sent a second package which was well received but with only one of the 2 caps without any explanation from the seller regarding the absence of the second cap. Following a second call to customer service, after discussion, a refund for the second cap was issued with average politeness, implying that some customers call and say they have not received their package when they actually have. I would not recommend this site again despite the quality products. Perhaps it would be wise to consider changing delivery providers as the first shipment was lost without information.
I still find the email not very nice.

Hello, Fast delivery and neat packaging but ... I ordered size 61 because my husband wears size 6& for years (I checked his head measures exactly 61 cm) and I received a cap that is way too big (I measured it, it is 63). So we will return it but ... at our expense and with apprehension of not getting the right size back because we wonder if it's a size issue or just a label issue
The item does not match the description, it was supposed to be fully lined with 100% acrylic fleece which is not the case. Unfortunately, having worn it because I did not see the problem right away, I can no longer return it. Moreover, I informed the service that handles complaints who responded immediately the first time but then played ostrich for more than a week afterwards. If I had not followed up again to get a response, I think that at this point I would still not have an answer. This is the second time I order from you with 2 major problems each time. Order as expected but no response to the various emails
The site is good, the Laulhere beret is very nice but the khaki Elosegui beret is not 12 inches, it is 9 or 10
Product does not exactly match the definition given by Traclet.
If the product does not satisfy you, that is an opinion, but we have been selling it for several years and we have good feedback.
We do not understand your very negative message towards us when we always try to do our best.
If the product does not satisfy, it is like everything, it cannot please everyone.

Good straw, the weaving and leather are very good. However, it fits a bit small and the finish with the glue net is average for its price.

Ok I easily found the product
I ordered a hat in size XL 60/61 like the 2 Traclets I have been wearing for 10 years, but this one is clearly cut larger, and it has sunk on my head until it hides my eyes. I returned the hat at a return cost of 7.10€
Regarding the sizes of the hats, they have not changed. However, it is possible that the ones you have had for 10 years have shrunk because cotton models shrink with sweat and during cleaning.
It is therefore possible to change it for a smaller size. However, be careful that the hat is not too tight.

My wife had to redo poorly made seams!! and if I had seen that it came from China, I would not have ordered:
The announced elosegui finish is not at all up to par, The first order was compliant, meaning an elosegui product, however the second one is aaaaaa!!!!!!.....Product of mediocre industrial quality with wool that pills.
We offer different qualities of berets ranging from berets sourced from Asia, Italy, Spain with Elosegui but also French qualities with Laulhère and the French Beret.
If the quality of Elosegui does not suit you, it needs to be changed but this cannot be attributed to us.
Indeed, each customer being unique, we offer different qualities.
If this one does not suit, it is better to change it.
