The Traclet house is very serious, and responds immediately to any question; moreover, the Panama I ordered is perfect, very fine. The only problem lies with the carrier COLISSIMO: colissimo writes to me that my package has left, this is not true; then, they write that I have received my package, this is not true. They change the reference of the shipment, which makes it difficult to track the package. Fortunately, the TRACLET House took matters into their own hands and resolved all the problems; I RECOMMEND this hat supplier.
