Friendly, competent and efficient staff, good product, only downside: on your site it is written that Borsalino fits small, it is recommended to choose a larger size which I did. Unfortunately, I should have followed my intuition and ordered the normal size.
Superb quality hat, BUT terrible delivery. Despite my request not to throw the package in the garden because the dog might eat it. It was thrown in the garden when it was supposed to be delivered by Colissimo with a signature. So delivery needs to be reviewed

Hello, The ordered hat did not match the photo on your site (Cousteau hat). Indeed, the cuff is much too large (2/3 of the hat!) whereas in the photo on the site, the cuff does not exceed 1/3 of said hat. I called one of your advisors, very understanding, who advised me to return it for an exchange. I hope the exchange will be perfect and that I will have it before Christmas. That said, the quality of the hat is perfect…

This product seems very correct, but I was very disappointed by the communication from this supplier who writes three times Excellent American brand STETSON and you have to look further on the technical sheet to discover that this product is MADE IN CHINA !!!!

Very average following numerous problems with a previous order that are still not resolved today
My payment was processed immediately and the three weeks announced for delivery were not respected. My complaint activated the delivery, but no apologies from you or any gestures of attention towards me as a customer.

The cap is indeed available in the next size down, either M or S.
For the packaging, when sending, we do our best to send quality cartons made in Roanne. Did the package suffer any openings or have a product on it?
