Lack of rigidity and no hat box

The product is very satisfactory but regarding the order I am disappointed. Indeed, I placed the order on Thursday and selected a 72H delivery (to receive it over the weekend for an event). The delivery was only made the following Wednesday, almost a week after my order. I paid for express delivery only to receive standard delivery..

Site not clear enough, I feel that the company is doing its best but the email exchanges are not clear. For example, I received a restocking notice that destabilized me!

Very good hat, good quality. Fair price. However, 2 months to be delivered is too much. The Christmas gift arriving in February is not great. No commercial gesture proposed... Too bad.

Special order placed on November 27 with confirmation of receipt before Christmas but received only on January 15!!! It's a bit long anyway. It should be noted that on the phone, the Traclet company throughout the order, received calls without waiting and always took responsibility with apologies for this delay. Great professionalism nonetheless.

Long delivery times

A stain appears on the back of the cap. The cut of this cap does not suit me!

The site is quite well designed and requires a very slight learning curve. It's a pity that it is not possible to select different sorting modes.

Did not receive the ordered size, and the return is at my expense, which I find not normal given that I received it at a relay point. I do not understand why I cannot return it to the same place without cost!

Non-respect of delivery deadlines and non-respect of the response that was given to me.

There was too much delay for my order, order placed on December 6 received on December 23 no email or call to warn of this delay seeing the days advance I had to call myself as there was no response following the email sent.

The site is very good, however I pay 10€ more to be delivered in 24h by TNT and for a package that fits in my mailbox and at worst there is a caretaker who receives all the packages I find myself having to leave my job on December 23 to go pick up the package in an industrial area where we were 3 people looking everywhere for the famous BLUEDISTRIB very poorly indicated. Bad delivery experience however the hat met my expectations.

The nightcap received did not have protective packaging. It was just placed in the delivery envelope. Given the price paid, this is the minimum because when it's for a gift, it lacks. The product seems to be of quite good quality. To be seen with time.

The site is good and clear, however small delivery problem due to the carrier, the hat shop immediately sends another package but this time forgets to put the gift paper with a written card that I paid for.

Fast delivery but too bad the women's mittens announced in size 6 arrive in XS probably men's are way too big. Alterations necessary.

The delivered hat was not the one ordered.

Order compliant except for the specific request for empty strap boxes. You sent me cardboard gusset cases that have nothing to do with the original strap boxes. If you could send me 3 boxes that would be ideal.

The positive: a lot of choice. The negative: you should not announce shipments within 24 to 48 hours when you do not meet the deadlines (received after 4 days)

As much as the product seems to be of quality, the letter added as a supplement is of more than mediocre quality and to make matters worse, the letter in question cut the inner fabric. I am waiting to offer it to return it in order to have a non-damaged one.
