I am very sad to give this rating because the problem is the return which remains at our expense, 8.70 without tracking otherwise it's 16 euros. Your collection is super beautiful and having custom hats is not easy.

The site offers to provide an email address to be informed of restocking in sizes... But don’t waste your time filling in this field because you will never be informed!!!

Delivery of a blue hat instead of a gray one
there must be an error in the comment because the hat is made of raffia straw with a blue ribbon.

Only one criticism regarding the delivery: since it was a package with NO SIGNATURE delivery, it would have been preferable for the size of the package to be adapted to the size of the ordered item and especially to the (standardized) dimensions of my mailbox, which would have allowed the postman to make the delivery in my absence.
For the sending of the cap, the box is a box so that the cap is properly packaged because otherwise, it is too crushed with a bubble wrap. If we place the cap in the box, it keeps its shape without being damaged and the box must also correspond to several shapes. We are sorry that it could not fit in your mailbox but it is preferable to keep the cap in good condition rather than having it deteriorate during transport.
We will however study the feasibility of another type of box but it seems difficult to find another shape.

Lack of rigidity and no hat box
It is possible to make it stiffer with a waterproofing spray or some stiffener that we can do or that you can find at a drugstore.
As for the hat box, sorry but for this product, the manufacturer does not offer a hat box.

The product is very satisfactory but regarding the order I am disappointed. Indeed, I placed the order on Thursday and selected a 72H delivery (to receive it over the weekend for an event). The delivery was only made the following Wednesday, almost a week after my order. I paid for express delivery only to receive standard delivery..
For the delay, it is indeed well noted on the product sheet when choosing the size as well as a confirmation by email of a supply and therefore a delay. It is a pity that we did not have the information about your urgent request.
