Well received my package and nothing to say about the delivery. Two small downsides I wanted the same model but with the oil finish. We had exchanged on the subject by email but I may have chosen the wrong reference when I ordered, but we do not have feedback during the order on the purchased product. Furthermore, during our exchanges, I asked if you had a promo code and I was not answered on the subject. I notice that there was one, a bit of a shame. I am satisfied with the product, however the delivery went badly having chosen Chronopost the most expensive delivery, to be delivered at home. They failed my delivery because they did not have my phone number and left the package in a pickup box without offering a second attempt. For the most expensive delivery service they really do the minimum service I do not recommend. I suggest that the site requires entering the phone number in the form to avoid this inconvenience for others or simply to avoid their deplorable services. But the hat is perfect

The ordered hat is very beautiful, even though it's an entry-level product. So I just ordered a hat box to store it and a brush to maintain it. The range of hats offered on this site as well as the accessories are fantastic.

There are many references on the Traclet hat shop website. When looking for something specific, you have a choice. However, I think it would lack a level of content filtering, or an additional level of content precision. For example, finding a treatment for leather was quite convoluted: it is faster to go through a leather product and look for related products, rather than finding the product directly through search. However, it should be noted the exemplary availability of the customer service/online advisor, who responds even on the days the shop is closed. The products offered by the human meet the needs expressed, and it is really appreciated.
