Beautiful choice and quality, too bad these items are so poorly packaged for shipping!!
Our boxes are made in Roanne and thus respect ecology as much as possible as well as a minimum of petroleum products like the tape which is here made of paper. The packaging is made of tissue paper like the famous Borsalino brand uses.
But if you have another solution we are of course open to improve and better satisfy you.

In principle very good, but I experienced a color error for the ordered item and therefore had to return it for exchange. This is not a good point

The size of the hat was too small. We measured a 59 cm diameter head circumference, and the hat t59 actually only measured 57-58.... so we had to choose a 61... the customer service on the phone is very responsive and welcome! the hat is very pretty, and met our expectations regarding color and quality quite correct in this price range. We work in the entertainment industry, and it looks sturdy, at an affordable price!
I wanted to order the hat specified below on the day I received a code allowing me to get a 10% discount. However, the model was no longer available. But when it was available again, I placed an order but could not benefit from the discount. Not very commercial!

In Chapellerie, women's sizes are 55/56 cm for one-size hats.
We offer hats that we make in France and that we size.
We cannot impose our way of seeing on a brand.
But we also cannot impose on you to choose a French product that has size.
Furthermore, if you have any questions, we respond both by phone at 04 77 71 40 58 and by email.
It is still better to ask if you have questions than to make a criticism afterwards knowing that we already provide a lot of information about the product.

Fast shipping, however I am not sure that I received an alpine hunter beret... I am waiting to see if the gift is liked or if it is returned... That would be a shame
the alpine hunter beret has a 14-inch diameter Spanish plate or a 12-inch diameter French plate.

Very good product but the size does not exactly match the request (one size too big compared to the usual size S)
Ordered sizes 60/61, the items are labeled 61... Missing a 59/60 or simply a true 60... 61 is a bit too big for me. Quality items, too bad for the size choices.
Beret received not compliant with the site description. Inappropriate size.
We check upon receipt but according to the images, it is indeed the beret that we sell to our legionnaires and that they wear during their intervention. It is clear that this is not a beret that is worn in the city but it is the model worn by our units in France.
If you want a more dressed and classic model, you should take a classic elosegui beret

Good. The cap does not really meet my expectations. It lacks depth and therefore does not stay very well in place. Otherwise, the quality is relatively good.
Excellent site... BUT order that gets lost or takes a long time to arrive!!! For a birthday gift... it's missed; my order arrived way too late, after 15 days.

Excellent service from the merchant. Fast shipping. Only downside: delivery not via Colissimo. The Post did not provide any tracking information for the package, nor any indication of day and time for delivery. AND THE PACKAGE WAS OPEN!!

Hats should be presented on heads, I might have seen that it was very large and very deep
Very good regarding order and delivery management. The only downside is that the product (size L- 58/59 cm) needs to be adjusted according to the exact size of the user (58 cm, for me), so I am obliged to place a new order for head reducer bands at €0.20 and €4.00 for shipping. It seems to me that it would be wise to provide this item with the hat to avoid this kind of inconvenience.

The DPD carrier unfortunately delivers without prior contact: it would not have been possible to send me either an email or SMS (they are the only ones who had this problem...) The 2 working days became 4 and would have become 7 if I had not gone to the depot myself regarding the essential caps on J5.
I have already recommended this site to different people who then made purchases there. But while I no longer know how many caps and hats I have, old customers like me are not particularly well treated!

It took more than 6 months to get my Tilley hat. After each call, I was supposed to be informed about the supply from Canada but I received nothing.
It is true that the delay was long to get the Tilley hat. It's a winter model and it is true that like many manufacturers, if they don't have it in stock, they only make it for winter on certain models.
As indicated during your call; we left you a message as soon as we received it but unfortunately this message must have had an issue. The hat had even been set aside by Mrs. Traclet.

Good The measuring tape in paper is really unreliable! And if you make a mistake, the return is at your expense.
For the tape measure, you really need to be careful when printing to set it to 100% because otherwise it distorts the dimensions.
You also need to take into account the indications on where to take the measurement.
