Good product but nothing more
Excellent service from the merchant. Fast shipping. Only downside: delivery not via Colissimo. The Post did not provide any tracking information for the package, nor any indication of day and time for delivery. AND THE PACKAGE WAS OPEN!!

Hats should be presented on heads, I might have seen that it was very large and very deep
Very good regarding order and delivery management. The only downside is that the product (size L- 58/59 cm) needs to be adjusted according to the exact size of the user (58 cm, for me), so I am obliged to place a new order for head reducer bands at €0.20 and €4.00 for shipping. It seems to me that it would be wise to provide this item with the hat to avoid this kind of inconvenience.

The DPD carrier unfortunately delivers without prior contact: it would not have been possible to send me either an email or SMS (they are the only ones who had this problem...) The 2 working days became 4 and would have become 7 if I had not gone to the depot myself regarding the essential caps on J5.
I have already recommended this site to different people who then made purchases there. But while I no longer know how many caps and hats I have, old customers like me are not particularly well treated!

It took more than 6 months to get my Tilley hat. After each call, I was supposed to be informed about the supply from Canada but I received nothing.
It is true that the delay was long to get the Tilley hat. It's a winter model and it is true that like many manufacturers, if they don't have it in stock, they only make it for winter on certain models.
As indicated during your call; we left you a message as soon as we received it but unfortunately this message must have had an issue. The hat had even been set aside by Mrs. Traclet.

Good The measuring tape in paper is really unreliable! And if you make a mistake, the return is at your expense.

Good product conforming to the photos. . super happy.. I just should have thought about the height because with my thick hair they rise. . maybe integrate a strap in case of wind too !!
