Delivery delays

Order processed and shipped quickly. Just a problem with the invoice. I first requested an invoice with a VAT number, and I was sent the same invoice without a VAT number. I made a second request, and at that moment, I was sent the invoice of another customer that had nothing to do with my purchase. I reported it and never received a response again. Too bad, without this issue I would have given 5 stars.

The 'black fox fur chapka - brown color' that I received is a very beautiful chapka made of real fur, except that it is clearly more burgundy and, above all, the bleached tips of the fur give a pinkish hue!!! We are very far from the description and even if the principle of skins means that each piece is unique, the one I received has a very (too much) feminine aspect, whereas I intended it for my personal use...

The product is good, but the delivery leaves much to be desired, I had to contact twice and fortunately I was delivered just before Christmas for an order placed 1 month before (and again Traclet had sent me a link specifying that the product was available).
