Everything was almost perfect. The only small complaint: it was only after placing the order that I was informed that the hat was on backorder, without any indication of when it would be available. However, it was a summer hat, and nothing indicated when it would be available! I called your services and was very kindly reassured! The hat was finally delivered and it is great!!! So we are very happy!
