Arrived on time but the gift wrapping is a bit outdated... too bad...

Delivery delays

Order processed and shipped quickly. Just a problem with the invoice. I first requested an invoice with a VAT number, and I was sent the same invoice without a VAT number. I made a second request, and at that moment, I was sent the invoice of another customer that had nothing to do with my purchase. I reported it and never received a response again. Too bad, without this issue I would have given 5 stars.

Very unpleasant welcome from your collaborator on Saturday following the delivery of the product, to get some information about the return procedures.

More photos would have allowed for a better evaluation of the product, plus I did not receive an invoice.

Very well-stocked site. Additional filters could make the search faster.

The 'black fox fur chapka - brown color' that I received is a very beautiful chapka made of real fur, except that it is clearly more burgundy and, above all, the bleached tips of the fur give a pinkish hue!!! We are very far from the description and even if the principle of skins means that each piece is unique, the one I received has a very (too much) feminine aspect, whereas I intended it for my personal use...

The filters for choosing hats do not follow when changing pages (clicking on the next tab). Very difficult to make a choice However, good technical details and for the photos

'Same model' in a larger size! So I ordered, but it is not the same model

The product is good, but the delivery leaves much to be desired, I had to contact twice and fortunately I was delivered just before Christmas for an order placed 1 month before (and again Traclet had sent me a link specifying that the product was available).

I ordered size 59 and upon receipt, I noticed that no size was indicated on the hat and when trying it on, I found it was a size 60 or even 61, then it was covering my eyes. I am waiting for the shipment of another hat and I will return the first one.

The product is too expensive

Very fast shipping and very compliant with the request. However, I am quite disappointed with the packaging for the gift wrap option (€2 extra for a small cardboard bag with a ribbon) so I strongly advise against taking this option.

Navigating between the different products is not very smooth but the site is functional

Good site but unfortunately, subcontractor deliveries are not serious.
