The product is too expensive

Very fast shipping and very compliant with the request. However, I am quite disappointed with the packaging for the gift wrap option (€2 extra for a small cardboard bag with a ribbon) so I strongly advise against taking this option.

Good site but unfortunately, subcontractor deliveries are not serious.

The hat itself is very nice. However, the lining at the forehead poses a real problem with sweating. Can I order a black 'head reducer' for €9.45, exempting me from the shipping fee of €4.10? Thank you in advance for your understanding. Looking forward to your response, Paul Romier

Good first experience...

I ordered a hat size 58 and received size 62. 10€ for the return.... the hat is also clearly labeled made in China which I did not see when purchasing it.

Twice a few years apart that I place an order. Each time it is too small! And yet I buy quite a few hats and caps so I know my size well. Okay, they take back the products but the return costs are at our expense. I don't think I will order again. However, they have a lot of choices apart from that!

The sorting system is random . . .

At first glance, the hat is very nice but the stitching inside is undone which means there are threads hanging from the hat... I cannot return it, I am going on vacation and I need a head covering....

Attention, delivery to my billing address and not to the delivery address as specified during my order. Bug on the site?

It's a shame that I paid for the shipping out of my own pocket and the package didn't arrive at my home, even though I called you to report that my last order amounted to over €100 but since I have a credit note you couldn't manage it.

The site works poorly from a mobile phone.

Easy to use. The sending of the order and delivery is slow.

The color did not match what was seen on the site.

Positive phone contact, very good packaging, superb hat. A downside: the stitching of the headband made by the hat shop (Gambler Panama hat) is not suitable; consequences: headband that comes off and does not offer a harmonious line; need to have it fixed by a professional.

The hat arrived later than expected on July 23 instead of the 15th. It almost became too late because I was leaving for vacation that day.

Product defect

The hat I received has creases all around it which does not look nice and even less finished........very disappointed with the item as it is not very presentable, a quality control would be welcome
