The shipping is fast, but I find it a shame that you have to pay 4€ for a simple box in addition to the shipping costs... Especially when returning an order that is not correct, I paid 4€ + 6.80€ for the first order, then 6.90€ for the return, then again 4€ + 6€ for the new order. The return or the second shipment could be free for a purchase at such a high price... I certainly will not order from this site again.
Information a bit random
Several months to obtain a specific hat without any news. Upon arrival, I have a hat that is too big which is clearly not the one I ordered.
Products meet my expectations, however I find the shipping price a bit expensive.
It's a commercial site like many others
Normally announced in 15 days, the order took a month to reach me. I contacted customer service twice. I was supposed to be contacted after the first call and nothing happened.

The caps are good, but I am disappointed with the packaging. The written birthday card is not up to par. I also expected better gift wrapping.

One of the two Panamas (the XL) is a bit too small and therefore uncomfortable. But we didn't have time to return it because we were leaving the next day on a trip. It's a shame, especially at this price! That's the downside of online orders...
The product photo does not correspond to reality, it's better to have it in hand to buy.
Disappointed by the color that did not match at all, I returned the hat and am waiting for a refund.
The items are of very good quality but the shipping needs improvement. Received loose in a box, delivered by post, so the box was exploded. Fortunately, the items were not damaged but given the price, I expected to receive the item in a hat box in addition to the packaging.
Shipping delay a bit slow
Perfect packaging. The carrier's delays (La Poste) are unexpected: 1 day from Roanne to the 'briarde platform' in Moissy-Cramayel, 10 km from my home. Then 2 days for these last 10 km... Very good but shipping time a bit long.
First order placed for Christmas 2015, unfortunately the size did not fit. No refund possible so I waited to replace the hat which was no longer in stock. Despite the mention 'coming soon in stock' the hat never returned. I had to take one that I liked less to avoid losing my money. Generally, there are a lot of out-of-stocks, I find it unacceptable to only offer store credits under these conditions.
No problem with delivery, it's the finish that leaves something to be desired
The products are good, but it seems to me that for the Gore tex sport cap, size 58 should have been 59, the number was overwritten, too bad, because otherwise, it is good but a bit large.

Good but the delivery times for some products are significant. Not enough stock.
Meh! I had trouble registering, the site completely froze, I had to call Tacle (very friendly and patient person) but nothing appeared on their end. I restarted my registration with another address I think, finally I was clever, and then my registration was triggered! It's annoying when you come across sites like this, it's rare fortunately, but know that I almost gave up the purchase.

It's probably a bit my fault: 2 out of 3 hats are unfortunately a bit too big for me. But, I'm improving my percentage! During my previous order, 1 out of 2 was a size too big 🙂
Except for the loyalty points that disappear when validated
I am satisfied with the delivery and its speed but I had ordered an anthracite beanie and received a black one instead... I find that unprofessional.
Awaiting product exchange
The delivery time was much longer than announced unfortunately. For the rest, the team was very pleasant and reachable by phone.

A few hours after my order, I contacted customer service to retract immediately and thus be refunded, I was told that my message had been taken into account, asking me the reason for my cancellation. The next day, I received a shipping confirmation... I find this process a bit cavalier and would give a medium trust to your services. The ordered hat is of good quality and meets the expectations of the person it was intended for but I don't think I will repeat the experience here for the reasons mentioned.

Navigation on the site is very good but in terms of delivery, some misses. A bad label impression almost prevented delivery, to be monitored! However, the management of problems by the site is efficient and quick.
