I am completely satisfied with the service provided, whether it is the quality of the product, the sizes as well as the very reasonable prices, the shipping is also flawless, the delivery dates were respected. I would recommend the Traclet site to my contacts

Very good for the hat, conforms to the description and photo. A small downside on the adhesive paper that closed the package, it was completely cut and the package was opened fortunately without consequence on the content.

I give 5 stars for the delivery, the cap itself is very pretty as it is a gift for Christmas, the interested person will only see it at that moment but I don't see why it wouldn't work and at worst I think there will be no problem for an exchange.
A contact by phone very kind and professional

Good quality and careful shipping. Only downside: The felt hats of Italian origin run small, to the point that an additional size would have been perfect.

I am satisfied: fast shipping, simple navigation on the site, very fast delivery. However, a bit disappointed with my chapka: it is very nice but I expected a black and white chapka with light fur and I received a black and gray chapka. It is beautiful and keeps me warm but I did not expect that when opening my package. This is certainly due to the photos: the light must certainly alter the colors. Apart from that, I am delighted, the mittens are very warm and comfortable and the chapka is very soft, very warm, and comfortable! I am still happy! Next time I will look at the photos twice.
