Hello to the team, I am very satisfied overall with the Chapellerie Traclet website, it only features quality manufacturers and a wide selection of flat caps. I had given recommendations on the selection of my London City Sport cap regarding its assembly which I wanted to be perfectly symmetrical, and they were respected and I am very happy because it is of beautiful precise and neat workmanship, the seams are fine and the fitting of the pieces is almost perfect, the satin interior is very comfortable as you immediately feel the warmth caused by the virgin wool but without having a suffocating head even when wearing it for several hours in a row. The colors are a bit warmer and darker than in the picture, and I would have appreciated a slightly brighter blue, but this gives it a relatively warm chic. Just a small point to reach perfection, the loop of the back strap is not perfectly centered in its adjustment especially since it is a decorative strap that does not allow tightening... but it can be fixed. Otherwise, it fits correctly, the 58 fits just right, I can't take it off! So thank you to the manufacturer City Sport and the Chapellerie Traclet for its selection! I am also disappointed not to have received a welcome commercial offer for my first order which also fell on my birthday, which is why I only gave 4 **** instead of 5, because most shops take care of their customers on this point. Delivery on time, nothing to say, but we would like to find goodies such as a catalog, a cover with the name of the hat shop or the manufacturer, a mini travel brush, stickers, loyalty card... the little extra imbued with care and consideration for the customer that is lacking everywhere today and that triggers loyalty! Thank you anyway and see you soon for a future Stetson purchase planned for next winter, if that's not a stretched pole...
