Delivery time longer than the expected time
Finally received my hat after 2 and a half months of waiting! The quality is there! Unfortunately, we waited impatiently for nothing because we got the size wrong and have to return the item and maybe reorder another one?
1. I still have a bit of trouble finding what I'm looking for. For example, if I'm looking for a cap, it takes several operations to see everything that exists in the store. 2. When a product is not available, you can request to be informed when it is available again. But then we continue to receive promotional emails unrelated to this request.
The sending of the hat was only done after a complaint after 10 days because nothing had been sent before. Too long. But at the complaint, it was sent immediately. Too bad, the necessary hat for a show arrived after the first performance of the show. So quite unprofessional service.
Announced delivery time of 2 days, arrived after 8 days.

Lack of information about the quality of the caps (that's what I bought). With the STETSON brand, no surprises; for the others, leaves much to be desired!

Satisfactory, very good follow-up, fast delivery. However, there was a missing cork strip for hat reduction and the Colissimo delivery was done over the hedge within everyone's reach in the rain, the very well done packaging was not intended for that ....

Exorbitant delivery time - quality of the hat good without being really excellent
When I placed my order, I was entitled to a few cents gift that I wanted to turn into two additional cork strips. You told me by phone to specify it in a special box, which I did, but alas upon arrival of the package....nothing but the two ordered and paid for. Too bad it was almost a 100% without fault

A slightly thicker envelope would have sufficed Box too big (ecology!)

Many choices but navigating among the different items was not easy. Difficult to find an item we liked previously, for example.

The quality of manufacturing corresponds to the request, the quality/price ratio is good. However, the delivery time announced on the product does not correspond to reality: announced 3 weeks... product delivered 6 weeks!!! this service seriously needs improvement!!! I could not use my hat in time (I had an important event)

When clicking on men's caps, you end up with women's caps. Men's and women's caps are mixed and even if they are unisex caps, it is not always indicated.
Your product is very good and you shipped it in a good time. But the means of transport was fatal. You assure the international customer that they will receive their package within 72 hours. After three days, a week, one starts to worry. We check Collisimo, but the only information we find is "Your package has left France" ..... what does that mean? After three weeks we know nothing, we have no way to track it ... Has the package been lost? How can we follow it? What to do? Well, finally after almost 4 weeks my caps finally arrived without problem. But wouldn't it be better for the customer to know that delivery will take 4 weeks, avoiding all the stress of not knowing after three days? Be honest with the customer and tell them that the package will take three to four weeks and then let them choose whether to proceed with the purchase .... but do not promise a delivery time that you are not capable of guaranteeing. It would avoid a lot of worries...... I would have just as well bought the caps, knowing that the package would take three to four weeks, and that would have spared me the worry of wondering if my package was lost. Thank you
Order remained pending for a week. Phone reception for complaints at the limit of courtesy, but notable efforts to make up for the delay.

The product does not match the description: I was expecting a 100% cotton product and it is 67% polyester. I will return it.

Hat ordered on September 17, arrived on November 16 in a damaged hat box. This is my second order, fortunately the first one went well.

When a size does not match the standard, it must be returned at our expense for another model costing the customer 16.40 euros, this is not normal!!
Great product, but I am asked to order a size up from my shoe size. Upon arrival, the hat is one size too big, and the exchange costs are on me... Not happy!
