A wait of over 2 months without information on the reasons for the delay and the delivery date. Several complaint letters sent without response in return. In the end, the item arrived but it is too big!

I find the finish shabby. Staple for the attachment of the ribbon. Too bad I can't send photos. I regret this purchase.
The ribbon does indeed have a staple for attaching the ribbon to the hat.
But it is not visible, otherwise it is a problem.
This staple is necessary for adjusting the ribbon on the crown. Then it is of course machine sewn.

Worse than bad, product not restocked. I had to send a first message for them to tell me that the product would be delivered to me the following week, but in fact no.
