I do not yet have my order.
I had to wait three weeks and follow up with the site.
The boater I just received looks nothing like the one received in a previous order. (same product same size) this one is at least one size larger. The straw is very light and is flattened or crushed during manufacturing. The boater is therefore very light and so flexible that it seems ready to break.
A bit difficult to find the hat I was looking for.
Issues with the size, I followed the guidelines saying to take the larger size and it is too big, I had to return the hat and pay the full return cost, it's not very customer-friendly, I expected to have a return label or a contribution to the return. I am waiting for my hat in the right size, to see if everything is fine. Best regards
Expensive for what it is. It's really low quality. I was thinking of placing another order, I don't think I will now.
Package still not received. Waiting since July 11.
The hat was too big. The return process went perfectly. However, the return postage was at my expense at full price. Ideally, the return should be free to ease concerns about sizing. At a minimum, a negotiated rate between Traclet and a carrier that the customer could benefit from. It cost me €12 to try on a hat. That’s too expensive and I will think twice before renewing the experience. Best regards, William

Being between 2 sizes, I took the larger size (L) according to your recommendations but I had to return it because it was too big, for size (M). I have difficulty reaching you to make the return, impossible to have a contact person at the indicated hours Best regards

This garden hat was 30 euros in 2019 and it has gone up to 48 euros this year because for 10 years, the price had not changed due to having stock of raw materials purchased at a lower price and we also had to increase the labor cost to manufacture this hat in France.

I am disappointed with the US bandana product; it lacks 1 or 2 photos to better visualize the product, as it is not a classic bandana, it is not a square of fabric; it is a fabric already cut, sewn, like a cap.
The site is quite well done.
Hello regarding the hat, very nice quality superb. But there was a missing eyelet on one side of the chin strap, anyway thank you for the chin strap provided, and I am quite happy with my hat, best regards.
More than a month delay in delivery and the package still not received following a shipping notification received at the end of last week. I had to call to find out where the order was and understand the reason for the delay. I find that communication about the delivery time needs to be improved.
Order received well packaged. The quality of the product is mediocre. Poor quality straw ribbon in velvet instead of being in ottoman.

Pros: • Easy to navigate. Cons: • Little choice of baseball caps for heads sized above 61 cm. • Little choice of colors for baseball caps, most out of stock with long delivery times.

Size 63 is not very easy to find, because a lot of makers only make size 61 cm but not more.

Hello The hat is of nice quality but the package arrived open and the hat was a bit dirty, which is annoying for an item of this quality.
I ordered a hat, which was available at the time of the order. However, it was quickly noted as 'out of stock'. When I requested a refund after more than a month and still out of stock, I was delivered within 48 hours. The hat is very beautiful and of very nice quality! This made the experience ultimately satisfactory.
The delivery was fast. The hat was damaged and could not be worn. One of the riveted snap buttons was missing. I informed Traclet of this, and they did not respond.
I think it would be good to put the cap on someone's head to better realize its actual shape; and to better describe the quality of the fabric.
I found the item a bit better ... but it seems to me moderately good.
A delivery scheduled for 3 weeks but after a month, no news. However, as soon as I requested a refund, my hat was sent. In short, not much customer follow-up, it's a shame.
I had to pay return shipping for the exchange. In the end, I will pay much more for the item than in a physical store.

As for the actual shipping, no malicious observations to make. It was quick and correct. For a simple beret, home delivery would have been preferable.
2 hats,,,, one slightly too small... the other slightly too big,,,,,, order 59 received from 58?? a bit of precision, given the price of the items would be welcome. For my part, last order.
