Products not up to the expected quality.

Hello The hat is of nice quality but the package arrived open and the hat was a bit dirty, which is annoying for an item of this quality.

I ordered a hat, which was available at the time of the order. However, it was quickly noted as 'out of stock'. When I requested a refund after more than a month and still out of stock, I was delivered within 48 hours. The hat is very beautiful and of very nice quality! This made the experience ultimately satisfactory.

The delivery was fast. The hat was damaged and could not be worn. One of the riveted snap buttons was missing. I informed Traclet of this, and they did not respond.

I think it would be good to put the cap on someone's head to better realize its actual shape; and to better describe the quality of the fabric.

I found the item a bit better ... but it seems to me moderately good.

A delivery scheduled for 3 weeks but after a month, no news. However, as soon as I requested a refund, my hat was sent. In short, not much customer follow-up, it's a shame.

I had to pay return shipping for the exchange. In the end, I will pay much more for the item than in a physical store.

More than 7 weeks, a follow-up and hop, package found and shipped! Too long!

As for the actual shipping, no malicious observations to make. It was quick and correct. For a simple beret, home delivery would have been preferable.

2 hats,,,, one slightly too small... the other slightly too big,,,,,, order 59 received from 58?? a bit of precision, given the price of the items would be welcome. For my part, last order.

No quality control: item received stained, deformed, and poorly woven. Item not compliant with the description: "a good quality finish that leaves little room for a difference with an original Panama hat." This is not true! Transport box too tight for the size of the hat. Fast delivery

Efficient and fast delivery and customer service, the product lacks a bit of hold to my taste, I was hoping for better, hence the average rating.

My partner opened the box, she unpacked the hat, and unfortunately, there is a stain on the front.

The size of the hat is large...

The color of the ribbon around the hat does not match the image which is white but in reality is a khaki/light beige. Also, the belt on the hat, the leather looks much darker and almost black in the image but in reality, it is brown.

Well-made and easy-to-use site, perfection would be to be able to favorite future purchases and improve the purchase history so we can access the purchased models.

The keyword search is not the most relevant, especially for finding XXL size products or 63cm and more.

Bomba hat presented upfront with other misleading photos! and the 'real' photo at the end. I consider there is deception regarding the merchandise. Very disappointed with the model for the price...

Once the product was received. Unable to find the 'return the product' section on the website. Apparently, this option only appears several hours after delivery.

3 stars and not 5 because while the hat is beautiful, it arrived after 3 weeks. It should be specified on the site that some products are 'out of stock' at the time of ordering and not after the purchase. Aside from this detail about the delay, the hat is compliant, of good quality and very beautiful.

Hello, product quality ok, fast shipping, nothing to complain about, a small exception: my head size 60, so I ordered 60cm, cap too big so had to go through the 'sewing' case...

The promise of fast delivery is a lure. I had to call to know the delays... the product was awaiting restocking. To get the products I needed, I had to modify my order.

On the seller's site, the hat I ordered supposedly came from Italy. However, when I received it, surprisingly, it is made in CHINA. Moreover, it is a size 58 and I needed a 56 head size, there you go!

Beautiful hat but a 2-month delay to receive it...

Very fast and careful shipping. Large selection. The only downside: the cotton beanie article is smaller than expected for a 'one size fits all'. The photograph of the article worn is not realistic on an 'adult head'; the beanie is neither as large nor as stretchy as it appears in the photo.

A bit light and not very warm., the waterproofing has not yet been tested.

The hat seems to be of good quality, but my disappointment is not there. I have a 61cm head circumference, but I read in your comments that the hat runs small. I took the trouble to call your company, and your salesperson encouraged me to take the size above... That's what I did, but when the hat arrived very quickly, I realized that it is at least one size too big. I call again, and I am told that if I can fit a finger between the hat and my head, it's one size too big; I am therefore about to return the item, except that the return costs are at my expense, while you are the source of the error... This is not very commercial on your part... I have no choice, but if you do not make a gesture, I will not return to you and will give you the publicity you deserve. Best regards. I have not
