Too much delay in delivery.

The package arrived completely crushed

I received an announcement regarding the autumn novelties. I consulted it and chose a model. Unfortunately, it only existed in one size (surprising for a new item). I contacted Traclet by email to express my surprise and to check if there was a way to obtain the desired item. I received a proposal for another item in return, which I unfortunately did not verify, fully trusting my supplier. Upon receipt of the item, I noticed the error and returned the item.

Good but I ordered a vanity keyone beanie in white and black of the same model but they are not the same...

Everything is marked available on the site but 3 weeks wait to receive my order ... and no information from the site. So for my part: communication to improve!!!

My first order: perfect. My second order for the same product in 60 cm the color is not the one requested. I wanted anthracite you sent me a blue one. The verification service needs to be improved.

Good site with well-detailed products, however an error occurred in my order, I received a Joes Pignappa brown cap - Stetson ref 1990 instead of a Joes brown Stetson cap ref 340 (in leather with a perforated back part). However, to avoid various formalities for a return, I decided to keep it since it suited me and I had hesitated with this one (being at the same price as the other at the time of purchase if my memory serves me right which is no longer the case today). I think I will order again on this site because this cap remains a good product and the delivery was made quickly in careful packaging, only next time I will contact the store directly to be sure there are no errors in my order. I hope to be able to give 5 stars to the site during my next order.

A choice, a correct quality-price ratio, the delivery was not to the home (which is a shame) and one of the boxes was damaged during transport (without affecting the product).

Inform the customer about the actual delivery time

The products are of good quality and delivery is fast. But disappointed by the carrier who throws the packages over the fence...

Hats should be worn to give a better preview of the product.

Despite a very friendly telephone service, the products sent do not match the photos on the site. Also beware of false promises of delivery on Saturday morning. Too bad because as mentioned above, the people on the phone are very competent. However, I am very disappointed with the product received as it is not identical to the photo and having to wear it as part of a dress code for a wedding, I end up with a hat that I do not like in the end. So be careful, do not rely on the photos on the site!!

The product does not exactly match what I am looking for

Order taking and shipping were perfect. The problem is the delivery which arrived at a center instead of the office as requested. The delivery person claims that we were closed, which is false. So very good for Traclet itself, but bad for the delivery person.

As can happen, the delivered hat is not the right size for me. I find it very unfair to have to pay out of my pocket for the return shipping, having already paid for the initial shipping. This does not happen on any other site that I know of and seems very anti-commercial to me.

One cap out of two was not the right one. It was adult size while I chose them in the children's category. I am disappointed with this order and request a refund.

Perfect delivery but product not compliant with the site!

I waited more than 72 hours to receive my order.

The notifications following the order contain many errors: no date, no summary of the products, link to Colissimo not working (tracking code incorrectly filled in automatically)
