In my opinion, certain models like the sailor caps, for example, are not well cut and fit either too large or too small compared to a size that does not change for me since I am bald... One cannot spend their time on package invoices and returns. Until now, I had not had any issues with Traclet and I used to go there willingly; now I hesitate. The black sailor cap that I bought recently is quite happy to meet my ears to stop its irresistible descent towards my eyes.

Very good when the product is in stock. Efficiency, speed, quality of packaging. However, if the product is not in stock, I doubt that the information on availability is effective, so I found myself forced to order the unavailable product in my size from a competing site

The order paid in December was sent twice but not received until the end of February. Completely torn box, poor packaging.

Well-made site but it would be good to always note the country of manufacture on the product technical sheet. As a holder of several hats, I was able to compare the 'made in China' with other manufacturing origins and the difference in quality is really significant... the finish, the seams, and the shaping of the hat are rarely up to par. Too bad. Best regards.

Good for the delivery time, and handling of the order. A small downside when I received the package and saw the price of the hat, I expected a different quality of packaging and presentation because I had to clean the hat which was filled with small cardboard particles and lint. A small cover would have been appropriate.

The site is not always easy to use. I preferred the old one, even if it was less elegant. The details of the proposed items are insufficient, sometimes incoherent.

The site is not bad. I had made a mistake on the size and the Traclet company changed it for me quickly and without any problem. Good on negotiation, on delivery but the product disappoints me
