The site is not always easy to use. I preferred the old one, even if it was less elegant. The details of the proposed items are insufficient, sometimes incoherent.

The site is not bad. I had made a mistake on the size and the Traclet company changed it for me quickly and without any problem. Good on negotiation, on delivery but the product disappoints me

The site is nice and the choice of hats is large. Too bad the sizes are not more precise for each hat.

I ordered and paid for a Tilley hat nearly 10 days ago. To date, no delivery, no information on delays or setbacks, and no response to my inquiries. If the situation persists, I plan to inform Tilley in Canada.

My order was probably overlooked so it took a long time to arrive after I followed up, I had it the next day. Too bad it arrived a day after the birthday for which it was intended.

Some difficulties in finding a specific product model. But well, we manage anyway. Maybe it is possible to recommend certain models based on face morphology!

I have nothing against the site, but given the deception regarding the purchased item, I will not return.
